Negative experience: The experience with this real estate agency has been horrible. I do not recommend it at all. When I signed the rental contract, I handed over the deposit money to them instead of to the landlord. When it came time to return the deposit, they told me at the agency that the money I had given was the payment that the landlord had to make to the agency; that 'in order not to be making transfers', I was to make the payment to the agency and then the landlord would return the deposit from his account, instead of giving the deposit to the landlord and having the landlord pay the agency. My landlord did not want to return my deposit and when I went to them as a mediating party, they washed their hands claiming that 'their work ends with the signing of the rental contract'. In conclusion, due to a huge mistake in the rental payments process between the landlord and the agency 'to avoid making transfers', I, a third party, am the affected person and the one left without the money that belongs to me. I consider it very unfair.
