Negative experience: The best option is not. I'm telling you. In my case, bad, bad and worse. They only see you as money with legs. Without scruples. They left me in the street after selling my house despite informing them that I needed time from the sale to find another house. They told me there was no problem. Just around the corner, I had to rush out in a few days because they did not look after me as a client and did not ensure I wouldn’t end up on the street with two children. Who paid them? ME. What did they care? .. to collect the next day after taking the deposit. Guidance 0. The solution they wanted to give me: to put me in a rental apartment in Guadarrama quickly where the kitchen was on a terrace and without informing the owners that I had to bring a dog. Come on, one after another. If you are going to work with them, tie everything very well and seek advice elsewhere.

Negative experience: I give 1 star because I can't give 0. As a seller, I have received lamentable and intolerable treatment. 10,000 euros for a terrible management where they only looked out for the buyer's benefit and where, besides forcing me to lower the price, despite knowing perfectly well that prices were going to rise, and the fact that I am selling my house because I need the money, they are evicting me from my house early, threatening to charge me rent for the extra time I have left. My conditions do not allow me to move quickly but that hasn't mattered to MARTA, my family is stressed and anxious about where we are going thanks to the dreadful treatment received from this real estate agency. If you are selling your house for economic needs, DO NOT DO IT WITH THIS REAL ESTATE AGENCY.

Fantastic experience: Gestioné la compra de mi nueva vivienda con ellos y no podría estar más contento, todo se hizo de forma clara y sin ningún problema, toda la documentación preparada al momento y hacen seguimiento de todo el proceso, como debería ser. Además posteriormente tuve un problema con el notario después de la firma, y Marta nos ayudó a gestionarlo y corregir el error que había hecho el propio notario. Totalmente recomendables y de fiar, que a día de hoy no es poco en un sector en el que nos hemos encontrado empresas que intentan cobrar comisiones a vendedor y compradores, por poner ejemplos de algunas malas experiencias.
