Negative experience: Regrettable service and lack of professionalism. More than a month ago, I spoke with a young lady about an advertisement for a flat for sale. She promised to call me when it could be viewed. After two weeks, I insisted on being able to see it, to which she told me it was still not available. I sent her several messages asking her to please let me know. No news from her or anyone in that office. No interest. It turns out they already sold it when the last information was that it couldn't be sold for another 7 - 8 months. Fortunately, I haven't made any agreement with that real estate agency and I would never do so, because if the pre-sale treatment is so regrettable and miserable, I don't know how it could be at the time of closing the contract. I have fortunately escaped from that. I do not recommend dealing with people lacking professionalism as it is a high risk.

It turns out that in early this year, February-March, we were planning to buy an apartment with this agency. First, when we went to the agency, they conducted a preliminary study with their financial advisor about the mortgage. They painted a beautiful picture for us, saying that we could get the mortgage with a 10% down payment. We fully trusted them. After a few weeks, they called us and said they couldn't secure the mortgage. Then they told us that we needed to borrow more money, another 10%, totaling a 20% down payment on the cost of the home, which they did not inform us about initially. We didn't know what to do, desperate to find money and looking for banks that would accept the mortgage. Finally, we borrowed money from friends and family and secured the mortgage with my bank. With almost a month left until the end of the Arras contract, we informed them that we were approved for the mortgage, and that the appraiser needed to come to evaluate the apartment. They replied that the agency had problems with the seller that needed to be resolved first. They resolved those issues much later than the end of the Arras contract, which completely harmed us. They promised to refund the money in June, and we still haven’t received a single euro. People, I do not recommend this agency at all; they are a bunch of shameless scam artists. We will take them to court to make them pay for what they owe, for all the damages and losses they have caused us.

I spent 3 days chasing her for a response about whether the documentation had been approved, and she wouldn't respond. When she did, her answers were quite vague. On top of that, I told her that due to a family issue, I would have to take care of my mother's dogs and asked her to notify about it. I never thought there would be any problem since from the very first minute, it was never mentioned that having pets in the property was prohibited; it wasn't in the ad, nor did they say anything, and I hadn’t signed anything that accepted that. The response from that unprofessional person was simply that I was losing money when it was due to her poor management and not providing complete information. Besides that, I went to file a complaint with a family member who is more informed on these issues and just wanted to help me. However, when my family member tried to speak, she told her to be quiet, just like she wouldn't let me talk when we spoke on the phone. She talked louder, telling me that since I lost the money. When I arrived at the office, she asked me what I was doing there and what else I wanted her to explain if she had already told me that I was losing money, plain and simple. It was truly awful to deal with that woman. Later, we spoke with the director, who she said wasn’t there, and her lie fell apart when the director came out of the office and walked right past her. That woman didn’t know where to hide because she lied. In the end, Javier and I managed to reach an agreement that I didn't find fair either, but at least I managed to recover part of my money. Again, I repeat, don’t deal with her; she has no experience or willingness to learn. It’s simply not her thing; she is not qualified, and yet they allow her to represent the real estate agency.
