Negative experience: We wanted to rent an apartment in the center of Nigrán. We provided all the documents on the same day we went to see it, and they told us they would notify us in about a week. When we saw that they weren’t saying anything, we called them, and they said they still didn’t have a response from the landlord (as his approval is needed) and that they would let us know one day next week. To see if they were pulling our leg or not, we consulted with people involved in real estate, and they told us that we should have been informed the same day or, at the latest, the next day. That’s when we realized that they didn’t want to rent us the apartment. I don't blame the real estate agency entirely because we know that the owner of the apartment has something to do with it, and I suppose they are under his orders not to tell us anything for now. But it seems absurd to take two weeks to give us an answer, as we couldn't look for anything else; it doesn't seem fair. When we assumed they weren't going to rent it to us, we searched for another place and got a response immediately, and now we have an apartment.

Fantastic experience: The truth is that I received super friendly treatment, thanks to him, and he was able to help me arrange a vacation with my family outside of business hours... I must say that the owner is a great person and always ready to help!!! I highly recommend this real estate agency.
