Fantastic experience: Caroline and her team have been a life saver, not only when I first arrived in Spain, but also whenever I have needed further help or guidance. Rather than simply providing accommodation, the team offer more a full relocation assistance. In my case, not only did Caroline help find an apartment, she was kind enough to help with my initial TIE appointment and even came to the police station with me for support in case my limited Spanish was insufficient. The service provided is second to none and I thoroughly recommend Caroline as somebody that genuinely cares about the people she helps.

Was only shown property that met the criteria specified. Helped locate a great mortgage broker- helped get NIE- was there at the bank to help with translation- incredible. Every step of the way from researching properties- through the steps needed to purchase and close - Caroline and her team were there every step of the way. Now, as we are getting ready to do some of the final things necessary before moving in and or renting the property out, she is still involved making sure that any work needing to be done is getting done and anything needing to be purchased is being purchased, cannot say enough great things about Caroline and her team .

Without her constant help, I would not have found my beautiful house by the sea, I could not have navigated a fraction of Spain's labyrinthian bureaucracy and I know now that I should not have even contemplated undertaking it without her. Fantastic experience: Short Version: Without Caroline at Galicia & Green Spain Property & Relocation we could not have moved. Highly recommended. Look online for numerous glowing references. (Not just Google!) Longer Version: The Houston Consulate required a minimum 3-month lease and an extreme amount of documentation from the landlord. The AirBnb’s we contacted in Vigo were not interested. Caroline at Galicia & Green Spain Property & Relocation found us a beautiful vacation rental in Nigrán, with a landlord in the US who was sympathetic and supplied what the Consulate requested. We are very happy here. When we first got off the plane she met us, oriented us, took us to the grocery store and showed us the ropes on how to navigate our apartment and first lease in Spain. Vital understanding that helped us enjoy ourselves from the moment we got off the plane. She then helped us get our Padron and the item that gives most (non-spanish speaking) expats fits, THE BANK ACCOUNT. We have just purchased groceries with our new debit card and look forward to the establishment of excellent credit. Our TIE appointment has been facilitated to be much more conveniently located and scheduled. After reading several years of Facebook group posts about the difficulties of moving to Spain, and experiencing the opposite, my husband and I cannot recommend Galicia & Green Spain Property & Relocation enough.

Fantastic experience: As a first time home buyer, and a recent arrival in Galicia, I can honestly say the entire process would have overwhelmed and frustrated me if I hadn't begun by approaching their service first. I had, perhaps naively, given myself a window of three months to find a property ready to move into. Thanks to GGSPR I had the keys to a new home exactly two months after the day I first met with them. Their knowledge of the region, as well as their network of other agents, surveyors, and legal professionals, saved me a lot of time that would have been wasted on visiting properties that were unsuited for my needs, not ready to be moved into, or not truly built as primary residences. They supported me through the search, the legal process and the decision making. Even if you are fluent in Spanish and have experience with real estate, there are so many local quirks to learn about and navigate through. Save yourself the time and the effort and let an expert do what they are best at.
