Negative experience: Very, very regrettable the experience we have had with this real estate agency. Absolute lack of professionalism. We are scheduled for a day and time to visit a rental property, we organized our afternoon around that visit with all the efforts it entails, we arrived punctually and what is our surprise? On one hand, the real estate agent does not show up, and on the other hand, we witness in real time the move of the supposed new tenant, who identifies himself as having signed a rental contract the day before with the owner. A surreal situation at its maximum that we experienced as a result of the terrible service provided by this real estate agency. Absolute disregard for the client.

Negative experience: Little professionalism!!! I had agreed on an apartment, this afternoon at 7 PM, we were going to give the signal to formalize the contract. Salvador called me this morning at 10:30 AM, canceling the appointment because he had sold the apartment. One doesn't play with the hopes of a family as we had already planned the mortgage loan for that apartment.

Negative experience: Truly fatal. They show you an absolutely dirty and neglected property and hide that it didn't even have air conditioning. Then they tell you that the deal is approved and rent it to someone else without even informing the interested party. Lack of professionalism from a certain Salvador who leaves much to be desired by not facing the situation. They should dedicate themselves to other things. On top of that, they have the nerve to charge a full month's rent. You have to be really bold.

Fantastic experience: Pablo, Macarena, Salvador are true professionals, involved and attentive. For something as important as renting, buying, or selling your house, you can put yourself in their hands with the peace of mind that they will treat you as if you were their own. The buying-selling process is long, tedious, in which obstacles always arise, that is undeniable, but I have realized that having the help and support of experts in the field is essential for the process to move forward successfully.
