Negative experience: Education, respect, and empathy are absent. From no one present in this place!

Negative experience: Very bad experience, they lie, hide problems with the properties they rent and the contracts they present initially are illegal, which even INCASOL would not accept, where there is missing documentation (such as occupancy certificate and energy certificate), it contradicts the LAU and within the same contract there are contradictions with the points they themselves establish. They wanted to charge us two months' deposit, which is correct, but half was done through an annex they pulled out of thin air, which would not go through INCASOL or anything. They also wanted to use a fixed, invented CPI to update the rent price year after year that the new housing law does not contemplate. And they wanted to make a one-year contract initially (when in theory it was a 5-year one) where the owner could cancel it after this year without any valid reason. Amazing. There was also no written inventory or confirmation that this same inventory functioned correctly in the contract, and when it was requested to be included in the contract, they responded by giving excuses without doing it. When there were 24 hours left until the signing, they gave us the first draft of the contract, after waiting weeks for it while they made excuses for not giving it, and on top of that, they told us that there were parts of the house, like the boiler, that did not work. And on the same day of the signing, after almost a month of waiting, and telling other offers that they would not accept them in 'favor' of this one, they told us that in the end, the signing would not take place, throwing all responsibilities to the owner, saying that now she will finish fixing the house (confirming once again that the house was not functional and they knew it) and that then she will decide whether to rent it or not. One gets guided by the good reviews, but then sees that some are made by the company's own employees. So who knows if there is any real one or not. 0/10.

Negative experience: I have closely followed the process of renting a property through this agency and it is disastrous. Contracts bordering on illegality without actually being illegal to avoid serious consequences, rude behavior, hiding defects in the property without prior communication. In short, a disaster that I do not recommend.

Negative experience: A horrible experience, response times without answers and terrible treatment. Last-minute communications to tell us that the agreement is canceled less than 3 hours before signing the contract without an apology or explanations on their part. If we hadn't called ourselves, we wouldn't have found out about the management updates. Terrible service and treatment.

Negative experience: The customer service is terrible. Long periods of time without responding and without providing information. Rude and unfriendly. If you don't want to find a house, this is the place.
