Fantastic experience: Very complete apartments, with very good hygiene, and spectacular views of the sea. It has comfortable and very practical facilities. There is plenty of parking, but you still have your own garage and storage room. The staff is lovely. I will definitely keep this place in mind for future occasions!

Positive experience: Good apartments with everything needed for a few days of vacation. The stairs can be uncomfortable if traveling with small children or elderly people. The cleanliness of the facilities is acceptable, although a bit short in terms of kitchenware. Small pool but very nice, with a shallow area for younger children, who can also enjoy the playground next to it. Spacious parking spaces. Comfortable beds and a somewhat small living room for being 3-bedroom homes. It's worth noting that it's a development shared by owners and tenants of the vacation homes. Good location, close to Rapadoira beach and next to the Foz promenade. Ana, the person in charge of bookings and key handover, is very kind.

Fantastic experience: Very new, clean apartments with very spacious rooms. The living room is a bit small. The pool and children's area are great. Very close to everything within walking distance, with a fantastic promenade nearby. The downside is the microclimate, it was cloudy every day.

Negative experience: It has been a bittersweet experience: The apartments are quite new but lack cleanliness (hairs on the pillows in the rooms, bobby pins and hair in the bathrooms). The beds are unmade (after a 6-hour trip, no one feels like cleaning and making beds). The coffee maker was dirty (previous tenants had not cleaned it nor had the cleaning staff). They also do not provide cleaning supplies, just a small bottle of dish soap for 1 week. The pool and children's park hours are not respected (until 8 PM): in those apartments, there are owners who claim to have approved different hours in the homeowners' meeting and we were not informed.

Fantastic experience: This is the 2nd time we are here. The first time was 2 years ago when they opened. The apartments are very comfortable and new. We stayed for 1 week in a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom apartment. Wonderful pool. Sea views, close to 2 beaches and the seaside promenade. There is a garage and plenty of free parking in front. I would add a dryer since it is difficult to dry clothes in this area and some TVs in the bedrooms. The cleaning of the corners of the bathroom could be improved. Ana, who runs the place, is lovely. I definitely recommend it.

Fantastic experience: We spent a week in September in a duplex lower apartment with grass where our dog could enjoy. The apartment was clean and comfortable, plus it was close to the beach and a promenade. Great!

Negative experience: In the summer, the pool was not suitable for swimming and several who rented experienced gastroenteritis.

Fantastic experience: We just came back from our vacation in these apartments and I can say they have been a 10 out of 10 vacation. The apartments are very new and everything is very well taken care of and clean. They have everything you need and are very spacious. The pool is amazing. My 3 daughters enjoyed it a lot. The service with Ana has been excellent since the first day we arrived. We will definitely return.

Fantastic experience: Apartamentos muy bien ubicados con vistas al mar y muy cerquita de las playas. Muy nuevos, cómodos y limpios. Hacer mención especial a Ana, que es la persona que lo lleva, que en todo momento ha sido muy amable y atenta. Hemos estado alojados en un apartamento de 4 habitaciones con jardín y hemos pasado 15 días estupendos.

Positive experience: Preciosos apartamentos nuevos con atención impecable por parte de la recepción. Lástima que estuviera tan sucio. Nos quedó la duda de si admiten mascotas o no, pues vimos entrar a un perro en el apartamento K y “un regalito” en el Parking.

Fantastic experience: Recalcar la amabilidad de Ana, una gran anfitriona, hemos estado 9 personas en un adosado de 5 habitaciones y 5 baños, todo muy bien, estaba para estrenar todo, algunos pequeños fallos de estreno, los 3 niños encantados con la piscina, recomendable 100x%
