Negative experience: I left my apartment for them to rent it out and they put some squatters in, they didn't go through any filter. The real estate agency took no responsibility and didn't provide us with any help or advice, just words and disrespect. It was impossible for us to speak with the manager of the office in Santa Eulària des Riu. We have had the squatters in the apartment for a year and a half, and the real estate agent had the nerve to tell us that the clients were them and not us. Shameful. I hope no one else has to go through what we have been through, and what is still to come.

Fantastic experience: We met Kevin from Remax whilst on a mad dash around the island in the summer of 2020 looking to buy a house. What a stroke of luck it was as he helped us through the purchase process and then on the other side, helping us find local tradespeople to assist us in getting the property habitable again and then in letting the property more than once! I think we would have been lost without him at quite a few points along the way.
