Fantastic experience: Beautiful accommodation right by the sea with a nice pool and very friendly staff. Great are the cleaning service and towel change several times a week. We arrived and felt comfortable immediately. Everything is within walking distance, including a wonderful beach. A very tasty menu is offered at the restaurant two houses down. We can only recommend it and will definitely come back next year!!!

Fantastic experience: In 1993, I first stayed at Arrecife in Formentera with my children and my husband. We came every year during the then three-week Easter holidays. In between, I have taken countless vacations... always in search. NOW... I have returned here in 2024. In times of mass tourism, I was personally and warmly greeted, both by the long-term German employee and the new tenant... the cleaning staff incredibly friendly. The apartments are simple yet so clean and well-maintained. The personal attention, the location, the direct restaurant Sa Palmera, basic. The restaurant from Vivi Formentera with a great menu and very tasteful ambiance for all who want more. But isn’t the true luxury in today’s time... to feel what I really need to be happy and satisfied on vacation? Here, I am offered everything I need... I will gladly be here again every year in spring or autumn... simply amazing... thanks to the people and their commitment to seeking vacationers... I have (re)arrived.

Fantastic experience: Some friends who are now regulars at viviformentera recommended this place to us and I must say we had a really great time. We were assisted both at the booking stage and afterwards. Our flight was delayed and even though the reception was closed upon our arrival, we had access to our apartment without any issues. The apartments come equipped with sheets, towels, utensils, and even beach umbrellas. They are all air-conditioned with cleaning every other day. We really spent a week in total relaxation. If we ever return to Formentera, we would definitely choose them again.

Positive experience: Positive: Beautiful location right on the beach promenade & a few meters to the center / apartment cleaning / towel change / clean pool / nice staff. Negative: Unfortunately, we had no hot water for one day, but then this problem was solved. The small oven is unusable (the door does not close properly) and was rusted. To improve: more kitchen appliances available, such as toaster, coffee machine, and microwave.

Fantastic experience: Strategic location, facing the sea. The staff, upon our arrival, invited us to a glass of prosecco and provided us with many useful pieces of information. Private parking included (they ask for a €10 deposit that is refunded at check-out). Very close to the center. Frequent cleaning. What can I say, it was an unforgettable vacation.

Fantastic experience: Ideal location to reach the most beautiful beaches in the area. We stayed in a studio at Impala. The apartment is really nice and equipped with everything you need. Cleaning and linen change are scheduled over several days. They even provide a beach umbrella to take with you. We, who rented a scooter, had parking inside a reserved area. Oh, and I almost forgot... do you have a late flight? No problem!! They have lockers where you can leave your luggage and very clean bathrooms with showers, great for a refresh before the return trip. Well, nothing... come to Formentera!

Negative experience: The location of the apartment is excellent with a sea view, we stayed at Arrecife. The apartment is a bit dated and small, but the main problem was the bathroom where there was a bathtub with a curtain. Every time we took a shower, the bathroom flooded. Despite numerous reports, unfortunately, it was not possible to resolve it because the bathtub was poorly designed. Another drawback is countless ants everywhere.

Fantastic experience: Great location! Upon our arrival, we were offered a welcome glass of prosecco. Reasonable prices, I would say the cheapest in the area, without compromising on quality. We didn't have any problems during our stay. The staff was very friendly and also suggested some excursions that we really enjoyed.

Fantastic experience: We stayed at the Monolocale Arrecife for a week in August. The complex is just a short walk from Es Pujol beach and the center. Our apartment was very small but super well-equipped. There is even a washing machine available for guests. It comes with parking and a pool. Cleaning is done thoroughly and almost daily. The whole staff was very kind. We will definitely return next summer.

Fantastic experience: The first week of August, I stayed in a studio at the Impala building with my husband; we had a great time. The building is located in front of the sea in the center of Es Pujols, just a few steps from the beach, it has a large parking lot in the back for cars or scooters and a little terrace where you can eat. Everything was spotlessly clean: kitchenette, dishes, sheets, bathroom. Cleaning was done very often, almost daily. They also lent us a beach umbrella, and at the end of the vacation, we used the courtesy room to take a shower and leave feeling fresher. We don't know if we will return to Formentera, but if we do, we will definitely stay in this establishment. Highly recommended!!!

Fantastic experience: I stayed in an Arrecife studio from August 17 to 24, 2024. Apartment on the second floor with views of the pool and the sea. Excellent location and convenient to all services, including bars, restaurants, supermarket, and not to mention the beach. The apartment is equipped with everything, with cleaning three times a week and towel changes. Very kind at the reception and available for any eventuality and request. The ladies who take care of the cleaning are also very kind and obviously do their job in the best way. Thanks to this solution, my vacation was excellent. After renting an electric bike, I was able to explore the whole island independently. Also thanks to the strategic location. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: We stayed at the IMPALA apartments (apt. H1) for 2 weeks from August 5 to 19. The structure is in a very central location and the apartment has a fantastic view of ES PUJOL beach. The apartment is equipped with everything needed, cleaning services are done every other day, and towel changes are made 4 times a week. The cleaning staff and receptionists are very nice and ready to meet every need. Rating 10. We will definitely return.

Positive experience: Great value for money, I rented an apartment 100 meters from the center of es Pujols, friendly and helpful reception, in the morning the check-out is at 10:00, but they let us use the room all afternoon having the flight in the afternoon. There is also another room for luggage storage and a shower just for these issues that often arise for us tourists depending on flight times. Nice house, good cleaning and towel change. Thank you.

Negative experience: I spent a week in Formentera with my boyfriend and unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the accommodation that was given to us by 'Vivi Formentera'. Dirty room with stained sheets, terrible bathroom, not to mention the presence of ants everywhere, even in the beds as well as in the kitchen and the bathroom. Staff was really rude and unhelpful, I requested ant powder for the entire week and every time they said they would bring it, but that never happened, I had to manage on my own. The images you find on the website are not reliable because they only display the nicer rooms. The only positive side I was able to find is the proximity to the center.

Positive experience: Warmth and absolute availability from the staff at Viviformentera! I thank the staff very much! Unfortunately, we had bad luck with the apartment as it was very noisy, due to nighttime returns characterized by yelling, slamming doors, and very early wake-up calls (around 8 AM, and we are on vacation!) caused by the same reasons and also by the cleaning ladies who casually lounged in the hallway, waking us up more than once. It’s a shame because the location was excellent and the room very functional. Unfortunately, what was described ruined the expected magic.

As long as they are around, you can look forward to going to Formentera, because it is becoming more commercial and thus also more expensive, which is harming the original charm of the island more and more.

For several years now, I go between 2-4 weeks before the summer season starts, and I truly recommend it wholeheartedly. The apartments are clean and equipped with everything necessary. The cleaning ladies are very friendly and efficient. The person in charge of the apartments, Franco, is a super nice and efficient guy. Also, in front of the apartments is the restaurant Sa Palmera, where the food is great, and they are also very friendly, on a terrace facing a paradisiacal beach where I always tend to work with my laptop while sunbathing. Undoubtedly a 10 without question. As they say in Italian, grazie mille, Franco and your entire staff!

The apartments they manage are in an excellent location, as they are very close to both the sea and everything needed for a high-level stay. Positive experience: We have been returning to Formentera for 5 years. This year we wanted to rely on Vivi Formentera to opt for an apartment, since we had always stayed in hotels. We booked at the end of February 2023 for two weeks from early to mid-June. We had chosen an apartment with 'sea view,' as per our reservation. Upon arrival, we found ourselves in a side apartment, with a view of the 'Formentera Palace.' The sea was visible in the distance, yes, but it was not beachfront as our reservation specified. The following day we informed the receptionist, who, upon our request, started laughing and said that the sea can be seen and that ours is not a sea view apartment but a side view one. We had printed the reservation and it was absolutely not specified. He then contacted the apartment manager, asking if a change was possible. A change was only possible for a much larger apartment of a higher category, paying double the price. On the phone, he was asked if he wanted to speak to us directly, and the manager refused. The receptionist then told us he would let us know if there was any other solution. We expected a call, at least some communication, given that they have our phone number, but they could have also left a note in the room confirming that they had not found another solution, just for courtesy and professionalism. We did not hear from anyone afterwards. The apartment was already paid for, so consequently, they did not care. It would have been understandable if we had booked at the last minute, but with such anticipation, we really did not expect it. If they had really cared and had 'admitted' the mistake that was made, as the receptionist did, they could have also met us halfway with the price of the larger apartment, but nothing, not even an apology. The apartments (we were in Arecife) are very old; the studios have a closet kitchen. They are fine for 4/5 nights but I would not recommend them for longer stays, also because the closets are very small and not suitable for the clothing of two people for 14 days. One really very, very positive note, besides the fantastic location, are the housekeeping staff. They are very kind and impeccable in cleanliness. We have never encountered such good housekeeping staff in our experiences. Therefore, I recommend the studios only for those who stay a few days and not for longer periods. In this case, I advise opting for two-room solutions or larger apartments that they have. If we were to return in the future, we would certainly also opt for these.

Positive experience: Our experience in this apartment complex 'Arrecife' was quite positive. I start by saying that, in my personal opinion, the photos seen on the website make you think of a slightly different apartment. Always regarding our experience, we were a bit disappointed because in the photos it seemed much larger. Despite this not entirely positive first impression, we found ourselves very well, I recommend booking the room with a sea view, in the morning you will wake up to an invaluable view and peace, having breakfast outside with the sound of the sea and seagulls is a fantastic moment. The apartment is equipped with everything necessary, at check-in they will give you a sheet with all the information you need for your stay, directions of all kinds. The strong point of these apartments is obviously the location, being located in Es Pujols, in the end any apartment is in a convenient position given the small size of the locality, but 'Arrecife' is right next to the beach, which you can reach via a small path directly connected to the courtyard. There is private parking if you rent a car or a scooter, everything is reachable by foot, you're less than 50m from Bocasalina, one of the top restaurants in Formentera, and literally a stone's throw from the center, it takes just 1 minute. The reception is located in a small house on the other side of the street where you will find a person during opening hours and also a luggage storage area with locker rooms and a bathroom if you need it during check-in/check-out. As for the price, I booked at the beginning of January for the beginning of August, so definitely well in advance, for the type of apartment I think the price was a bit high, but acceptable given the period and especially the location.

Positive experience: We had a good time in this apartment equipped with everything necessary, including all the kitchen utensils. Nice view from the balcony. The only downside for which I think a solution should be found is to better secure the parking lot at night of the building where on two occasions on alternate days they stole gasoline from the scooter, a practice unfortunately very common in the Es Pujiols neighborhood. Unfortunately, this ruined one evening and one morning for us, making us lose a lot of time getting to the gas station, which confirmed that this happens often in Es Pujiols... that’s why I can’t give 5 stars.

Positive experience: I stayed for a week in an apartment in the Impala complex at room E6 located on the third floor, with a side view of the sea. The view, despite some negative reviews that emphasized only the construction site in front, was very nice even though it was side, but in fact, not being frontal, the apartment did not benefit at night from the sea breeze that in that particularly hot week would have been more advantageous than the air conditioning, which for me is not exactly state-of-the-art and it was hard to find an ideal temperature in the hot August nights, either too cold or too hot. The apartment is nice and for two people it is more than fine, fridge is okay and there are two burners and enough dishes to cook, there is also a moka, moreover it is well maintained just like the rest of the building. The cleanliness of the apartment and the change of linens are impeccable, the only downside, which I believe I did not see noted in the apartment description, is the lack of an elevator. So if you have strollers or wheelchairs, the 3rd floor is definitely not for you. There is also a swimming pool available for customers, but I didn’t use it, and a comfortable and practical area with two washing machines behind the reception house, no need to bring detergent because it’s there. Overall, the price-quality ratio is high and the vacation went very well, only because of the lack of an elevator it would be rated 4 stars and not 5. I almost forgot, the reception staff are kind and available like 5 stars.
