Negative experience: We rented several houses. However, the experience ended up being very negative because at the end of the stay they decided to keep the whopping €600 deposit!! Moreover, the damage they used to keep the money - which was totally unintentional - belonged to a single house (€300 deposit) and they decided to take the money from the other house we rented (€300 deposit) just because we were a group of friends. Totally unfair, especially considering that in addition to the rent, we pay €20 per person for cleaning! It's a pity, the Italians managing the agency are not trustworthy.

Negative experience: Bad experience. We left a €300 deposit with no prior notice. We were never refunded that deposit and we are still waiting for a response. Never trust them. There are better options.

Negative experience: I recently stayed with some friends in these apartments, and on the day we checked in, we faced a high security deposit without prior notice. Out of the €300 we gave as a deposit, they retained almost €200 for cleaning the towels (yes, they were dirty after 5 days, but with that amount they can buy new ones and still have money left over) and for a broken shower. Advice (shower already with a lot of prior use). I advise everyone to be careful, because there clearly was a lack of faith and willingness to take the additional value of the deposit from the start.

Negative experience: Everything was fine until we got home and they deducted €30.80 from the deposit because one towel had a rust stain due to its rusty towel rack. We warn to take photos of the house before occupying it and to be careful with the smallest details. It's a shame that such a beautiful stay was marred by such an unserious and unprofessional attitude.

Negative experience: Very bad experience with the manager of this real estate agency, Marco. They keep money from the reservation without real justification. We asked for a response, and he doesn't answer us. But not only that, the mannerisms of this person. Even one of the taxi drivers warned us about him. We recommend avoiding a bad experience on your holidays with this agency. The island is beautiful enough for you not to ruin it.

Negative experience: Alquile una casa con esta agencia este verano. La gestionaron a traves de AirBnB. Tuvimos un grave problema con ellos. Lo gestionamos todo con uno de sus empleados: Marco, con ya muy mal aspecto físico. Primero nos hicieron coger un dia con dinero B... fuera de AirBnB y en efectivo. Con la falta de garantía que supone. Y después nos ha intentado extorsionar para que le paguemos un dinero adicional con todo tipo de excusas malintencionadas y sin fundamento. Es muy triste que haya gente asi en la Isla... sin duda, esto solo hace que vaya a peor... como está pasando. Obviamente, desaconsejo a cualquier persona contratar cualquier servicio con esta agencia.
