Negative experience: We have rented a lovely finca through this agent for two years. Although we had a very good relationship with the owner , I can't say the same about Viola. We have only seen her 3 times. At the beginning, and at the end. We have agreed to use the deposit paid to cover the utilities bills and the rest to be refunded. For the past 6 months, we had no contact from her, no bills were sent over and no money were refunded. Really unprofessional behaviour from an experienced agent. Stay away if you don't want trouble.

Negative experience: Edito: Me acaba de llamar la comercial para disculparse y explicarme que ocurrió, un detalle por su parte, no modificare el comentario pero le sumaré 1 estrella mas. ------------------------------------------------- Aún estoy esperando para la confirmación del dueño de un piso que íbamos a alquilar, nos dicen que si quieren nos enseñan otro mismo precio y bueno.. aceptamos, ya me da vergüenza de las veces que les he hablado para saber qué "quedamos a la espera de que nos avisen." Al preguntar a una persona cercana por la inmobiliaria nos dijo que no trabajaban muy bien y que después de alquilarte el piso te cambian las condiciones.. una estrellita y no os preocupéis que ya hemos encontrado piso. Gracias por vuestro tiempo Edito: me ha dado por mirar la web en busca del piso en cuestión y no está, así que supongo que lo habrán alquilado a la persona que fue antes que nosotros aunque la chica me dejó caer que no le había gustado. Suerte el que viva en el número 18 ;)

Negative experience: Otra experiencia nefasta. Después de mostrar la casa, la única labor de esa señora era evitar e impedir a todo coste un contacto entre comprador y vendedor. Controlar y cobrar en vez de intermediar o facilitar, eso es el modelo de negocio aquí. Sólo quiero dejarla atrás y olvidar aquesta experiencia.

Negative experience: Antes de poner mi comentario negativo me he parado a leer los comentarios,por si fue una experiencia aislada, pero veo que no soy la única en tener una mala experiencia; Fuimos en busca de un piso en alquiler cosa que al principio nos atendieron bien y nos enseñaron lo que tenían, acordamos en esperar por varios pisos que tenían que vaciar, nos cogieron los datos y que nos llamarían para la fecha acordada, pues bueno, tuvimos que empezar a insistir cuando llegó la fecha, porque evidentemente no llamaron nunca, y ponernos a llamar y empezaron a darnos largas, y que no me preocupara que me devolverían la llamada, aun podría estar esperando. Lo siento, no volveré.

Negative experience: Lo peor de lo peor, solo quiere cobrar y no hace absolutamente nada. Para más recochineo te trata como si te estuviera haciendo un favor en el mejor de los casos, en el peor te trata fatal. Espero que pronto le llegue lo que se merece que no es ni más ni menos que le cierren el chiringuito.

Positive experience: Fui a la inmobiliaria de Viola y nos atendió una joven muy amable y profesional, que nos mostró varios inmuebles, lo que a mi no me gusto es que publican unos precios y después cuando firmas la hoja de que te han mostrado los inmuebles, en 2 de ellos aumentaron el precio.

Negative experience: Miserabel! Unfreundlich und völlig unprofessionell. Hat man sich endlich durch die absolut chaotische Webseite gekämpft, muß man auf Nachfrage feststellen, dass die meisten der Objekte überhaupt nicht verfügbar sind. Nachdem wir unsere Wünsche immer und immer wieder mitgeteilt haben und stets Vorschläge erhielten, die keinerlei Schnittmenge mit dem Gewünschten hatten, wollten wir eigentlich aufgeben. Weil wir zufällig an dem Laden vorbeikamen, sind wir dennoch einmal hineingegangen. Die Mitarbeiterin, die mittlerweile verständlicherweise gekündigt hat, war sehr freundlich und hat auch unsere Wünsche verstanden und umgesetzt. Später hatten wir das zweifelhafte "Vergnügen" Frau Ranglack kennenzulernen. Sie überzog uns mit Beleidigungen, weil wir die Unverschämtheit hatten, 3 Objekte anzuschauen, statt gleich das erste zu mieten. Nachdem wir uns für ein Objekt entschieden haben, fand Frau Ranglack es trotz mehrfacher Nachfrage nicht notwendig, uns über die weiteren Schritte aufzuklären. Sie wurde bei jedem unserer Gespräche beleidigend ..." was denken Sie sich dabei, an einem Sonntag anzureisen?" ... Eine solche unverschämte Art und Weise habe ich in meinem ganzen Leben nicht erlebt. Ihre Provision hat sie dann die Vemieter kassieren lassen. Kurzum: hier bekommt man nicht vorgeschlagen, was dem entspricht, was man sucht; man wird unfreundlich behandelt; Informationen zu geben findet Frau Ranglack nicht nötig; sie macht keinerlei Anstalten, etwas für ihr Geld zu arbeiten. Da alle Objekte in Spanien bei mehreren Maklern im Angebot sind, sollte man sich besser einen Makler suchen, dem man vertrauen kann!
