Negative experience: I would never go to this real estate agency!!! And I would least deal with Ricardo Morato, beware of this man!!!! Attempted alleged fraud, he tried to take (and in fact did, initially) a 20% commission for the sale of a property, which is completely illegal, deceiving both the buyer and the seller with lies during the process. The first thing he did was take possession of the commission of €6000 from a sale of €30,000, which is also illegal, as there wasn't even a signing of the earnest money contract yet. We managed to get him to return half to the buyer, but still boasted about committing these abuses and deceptions several times a year and that they went well for him. HIS BEHAVIOR IS UNACCEPTABLE, IT NEEDS TO BE REPORTED!!!

He inspected it when we were leaving and was very polite. He said that the house was fine. When I asked him to return the deposit, he made a list of excuses and refused to give us our money back. This was a very bad experience. Do not use this agency. I expect to receive a response with another list of lies and excuses. Don’t worry, I contacted a manager to deal with this terrible situation.
