Negative experience: DISASTROUS experience regarding my daughter's purchase of a property. They disassociate themselves from any charges that the property may incur once the operation has been completed, even stating in the Deed that it is free of charges. I would not recommend anyone to engage in business with this real estate agency, and I will spread the word among friends. I would like to inform you that in the document we have for the deposit and reservation of the property, signed by both parties, it specifies that the property will be transferred free of charges and encumbrances and up to date with contributions and taxes.

Negative experience: As experts in the field, they should inform their clients about the documents to request before a buy-sell transaction. According to opaef, we have a debt as they say, 4 years later, for not asking for a certificate that we as clients should not have to manage or know that we need to request it. The commission they take is completely wasted.

Negative experience: We had a problem after purchasing our home with a late charge that we were not supposed to pay because we were not the owners. Since it was our first purchase, we had no idea that we should have checked for the non-existence of such charges, but they as a company also did not inform us. Be careful because they wash their hands once the sale is done.
