Negative experience: ha pasado casi un año desde que vendemos la casa y sigo esperando que me devuelven el dinero. Tienen una costumbre bastante rara, el deposito y avance lo cogen del comprador a su cuenta y te obligan seguir sus reglas y te chantajean. No cumplen el contrato. No lo recomiendo. Son estafadores

Fantastic experience: Buscando casa para comprar, tuve la gran suerte de dirigirme en primer término a esta inmobiliaria que tiene una amplia cartera de inmuebles. Les expliqué mis exigencias y mis posibilidades e inmediatamente, en el momento, nos llevaron a ver varias casas que cumplían los requisitos que exigíamos y que encajaban en el precio que estábamos dispuestos a pagar. Esa misma tarde hicimos una oferta sobre una de las casas que acabábamos de ver. La respuesta, una vez consultada la propiedad, fue casi inmediata. Ya teníamos casa. Se formalizó el documento de arras y, a partir de ahí, no tuvimos que ocuparnos absolutamente de ninguna gestión. Escrituras, impuestos, etc., todo estuvo perfectamente organizado. Siendo los propietarios extranjeros, la inmobiliaria les practicó, como parece que es preceptivo por ley, una retención del irpf que debe satisfacer el vendedor pero que, si no lo hiciera, sería responsable el comprador. Todo esto me lo explicaron en NewStar Estates y de todo, absolutamente de todo, se encargaron ellos. He utilizado en varias ocasiones en mi vida los servicios de una agencia inmobiliaria pero nunca me había encontrado con un equipo tan competente. Por tanto, la recomiendo al cien por ciento, en la seguridad de que quien utilice sus servicios quedará, aparte de excelentemente bien asesorado, plenamente satisfecho. Mi más sincera felicitación.

Pas de chance, suite à une conversation téléphonique: problème familiale l'achat ne pouvais pas se faire, panique que faire contacter, mr. meyer d'urgence pas facile d'expliquer la situation car l'acompte était versé.
