Negative experience: Slow and unprofessional. Our water system has been broken for over 7 days and they take no responsibility. Terrible. We are completely dependent on them for service but they are only after your money.

Positive experience: Excelentes vistas a la marjal de Pego, Montgo, hacia Gandía y hacia el mar. Las calles tienen mucha falta de mantenimiento, hay aceras completamente cubiertas por las hierbas. No hay iluminación en las calles. Los vecinos son mayoritariamente extranjeros (ingleses y alemanes).

Negative experience: An alle Häuslekäufer zahlt um himmeswillen keine Resevations oder sonstige Anzahlungen Sollten sie aus irgend einem Grund vom Kauf zurücktreten,verlieren sie die ganze Anzahlung! Lasst euch nicht von der Aussage der Immohändler unter Druck setzen,dass das Haus dann evtl weg sei...es hat hunderte Häuser allein in und um Pego die zu kaufen sind! Also Hände weg von Anzahlung jeglicher Art!
