Fantastic experience: This real estate agency has been renting and selling my properties for several years, always with seriousness, trust, and promptness in their responses. The last time, in October, they rented two apartments to me in one week.

Fantastic experience: My experience with the agency has been super positive, the treatment and attention excellent, always professional, solution-oriented, and willing to support at all times in the landlord-tenant relationship. Special mention to Carlos Vanni for his friendly and professional approach.

Negative experience: Seeing the rest of the reviews, I imagine we had bad luck, but well, I hope no one else has to go through such an experience. The truth is that from the beginning it was difficult to contact them. I was interested in an apartment they were renting, and after several days of unanswered calls, we had to locate the property owner to finally get in touch with this agency. During the visit, the agent was very nice, friendly, and attentive. However, the apartment was to be occupied by people from outside Madrid who needed to see it on weekends since the other people work (which in 2 other agencies had not been a problem). Gaboc's response was: 'What do you really want? We're wasting time.' We had to send an email reiterating that we were indeed interested in the apartment (something we made very clear from the beginning) but that the people from outside Madrid also needed to see it before signing anything, which seems logical. There were excuses after excuses, as if it were a problem that they show us the apartment... We had to get back in touch with the owner directly and explain the situation, who understood perfectly, to finally arrange a visit with this agency for the people from outside Madrid. To make matters worse, the owner told us that he covered the agency's fees, that he was the one hiring the agency for their services, and it didn't make sense for us, the tenants, to pay anything. At the time of signing the contract, the agency told us no, that we had to pay it ourselves. We explained what the owner had said, and they insisted that it was not possible 'because both parties pay the agency's commission.' Later, we found out that the owner never paid anything and the agency told him that we hadn't either... During these 3 years that we stayed, the little contact we had with the agency was through Carlos Vanni, who was always very willing and friendly. If it weren't for the interest we had in the property, we would have certainly set aside this transaction with an agency that works this way, since the treatment with the property was always perfect.

Fantastic experience: I recently bought an apartment in Madrid with this agency. Above all, I believe they are professionals you can trust, and it is very relevant that they did not charge me any commission. The service has been very satisfactory from the beginning, and they have assisted me with all the necessary procedures. If in the future I sell or rent any of my apartments, it is very likely that I will trust them again. I especially highlight the professional work of Carlos Vanni, the agent in charge of the property I purchased.

Fantastic experience: Es el segundo encargo de alquiler de mi piso que hago a Carlos Vanni y quiero agradecer su trabajo y dedicación para encontrar el mejor inquilino, para el que ha sido mi hogar hasta hace muy poco. También valoro mucho su acompañamiento en la resolución del contrato anterior. Aconsejo y recomiendo delegar todos estos trámites en un profesional como Carlos yo por mi trabajo y mi familia no tenía tiempo para ocuparme de tanto papeleo. Negative experience: Pésimo servicio. Solo quieren quitarse propiedades de encima, sin importar las necesidades de sus clientes, no os fiéis. Alquilé un piso expresamente para preparar una oposición dejando claro desde el primer momento las condiciones que necesitaba, y el agente me aseguró que conocía a la dueña y que era muy exigente con los ruidos, que le había dicho que había insonorizado la casa…mentira. A los dos meses tuve que abandonar el piso (que sigo pagando mensualmente) porque la situación era insostenible y regresar a casa de mis padres. En fin. Muy gracioso también lo que aseguran en la descripción, porque en en el proceso de alquiler llamamos para preguntar una duda acerca de las condiciones del contrato y el agente nos dijo “que estaba muy cansado ya de cambiar cosas en el contrato de este piso y que nos arreglásemos entre nosotros” y luego nos colgó el teléfono jajajajajaja, atención personalizada y de calidad. Gracias por nada Carlos.
