Negative experience: Terrible experience. I can't say it's the worst real estate agency I've dealt with because it's obviously made up of several employees, what I can say is that ANA is the most incompetent, careless, apathetic, and fake person I've encountered in this sector. We called to inquire about a property and the only question we asked her was whether the elevator work included the facade, and she didn't know nor did she intend to ask the owner. (She knew the apartment would sell anyway, so why bother making an efficient and professional management). She scheduled an appointment for us to see it the next day without options; in a very short time frame, we accessed by asking for permission at work. That same afternoon we went to the building to talk to a neighbor and find out the situation of the works and the outstanding contribution to be paid in view of her complete disinterest. We were lucky to meet a very friendly neighbor who clarified everything for us. The next day we went to see the apartment. We were the second ones to see it, we wanted to reserve it on the spot by signaling through bank transfer the amount that was necessary. After seeing us truly interested, she tells us that she will follow the order of visits in closing the sale. To which we asked if the first person who visited was interested in signaling to which she replied no, that person wanted to negotiate, that she would call us in the afternoon to tell us if she would give it to us or not. SHE NEVER CALLED. This reflects a profound lack of word and professionalism. In response to her answer: I will simply add that Ana said there were interested people but no one had made a signal, nor did they want to signal at the price for which it was advertised, so we wanted to make a transfer from the property during the visit, and she started to excuse herself by saying that if we knew what a deposit involved, that she would follow an order of priority, in short, she didn't want to sell it to us (for whatever reason). Regarding Ana's call, we waited a considerable time and it never came, which is when we proceeded to leave the reviews, in fact, she still hasn't called to explain anything and almost two weeks have passed.

Negative experience: I had a very bad experience with Ana. A lady who does not stand out for her friendliness or professionalism. She never bothered to make it easy for me to see the apartment or to give me information about its features; I had to be the one to go talk to the neighbors of the building to find out what I wanted. This bothered her, so when I intended to make a deposit, she told me no, that someone had seen the apartment before me and wanted to negotiate. I asked her to please call me, and 'surprise?' she never called, so I will file my formal complaint with the real estate agency and if necessary, I will go to the Ministry of Consumer Affairs.

Positive experience: The treatment from agent Daisi and manager Rafa was almost homey, very close, they attended to our requests despite the difficulty of it and the scarce real estate offer, which is worth mentioning. Special closeness from Daisi.
