Negative experience: Aparte de no coger las llamadas, salta un buzón que te cobra automáticamente y te mandan un mensaje con un coste de 0.50 establecimiento....a estas alturas, no tiene mucho sentido un contestador así.

Negative experience: La reseña es la más baja por el servicio Post-alquiler, entiendo que la vivienda se tiene que seguir alquilando y se tiene que tener buena relación con el dueño, que es donde se sigue sacando dinero, pero hay diferencia entre separarse del proceso y aprovecharse. No me han devuelto parte de la fianza, y según el casero es por la recomendación de la inmobiliaria, que les ha mandado una empresa de limpieza para dejarlo a punto, esto se debe a que se llevan una comisión de la limpieza... Se trata de ganar dinero, lo sé, pero eso se avisa antes de firmar que la casa está en perfecto estado como se hizo, obviamente, no por dinero, sino por orgullo, se ha requerido en los juzgados.

Negative experience: Alquilé para poco tiempo (18 noviembre 2019 a 11 de febrero 2020) una vivienda con esta inmobiliaria (la vivienda es en Chinchilla de Montearagón, c/Elvira López, 5. 1 piso). A mí cargo, aparte de la mensualidad, los gastos de energía eléctrica. Llevo desde antes de dejar la casa pidiendo a la dueña las facturas de dicha energía para liquidar con la fianza y lo que pagué de febrero (pagué mes entero a petición de la dueña aunque avisé que me iba sobre el 15 febrero porque me dijo que me lo devolvería si compensaba con fianza las facturas de energía eléctrica). He pedido ayuda a la inmobiliaria para que medie con la dueña para que me envíe las facturas (esta inmobiliaria sigue alquilando este piso desde idealista). Tanto inmobiliaria cómo dueña muy buenas palabras pero nada. Son más de 600 € para descontar las facturas de luz. Completamente decepcionada. No la recomiendo.
