Negative experience: I contacted them due to my interest in a property, and the experience has been very negative, at least with the person I dealt with, Asunción. Initially, she stood me up on the day of the 30-minute visit, and I requested information that she promised to send me. When I didn’t receive a response, I reached out to her and she told me, interestingly, that she didn’t have the information I requested and that the property was already reserved, within less than a week of my visit. If she had it already secured beforehand, she should have mentioned it and not wasted our time. I don’t know if it was just to meet the quota of visits. From my experience, I cannot recommend her at all; if this is how she acts during a visit, I don’t want to see how she will be in more serious matters.
