Fantastic experience: Llevo viviendo varios años en un piso de alquiler, gestionado por ellos y hasta la fecha no tengo ninguna queja, siempre me han atendido bien y si he tenido algún problema, me lo han solucionado favorablemente.

Negative experience: Si lees esto, no alquiles un piso con ellos. No vais a oler la fianza y todo son excusas y dar las largas. La chica que se llama Marta una sinvergüenza.

We have threats, noise issues, bad smells from tobacco and drugs, and more problems with this neighbor, and the real estate agency supports him and does NOTHING about the situation. The police have had to come to the building several times. Honestly, if you're looking for apartments, NOT HERE.

No gestionan nada bien las reparaciones necesarias: hemos estado 5 meses con moho tóxico en la pared hasta que, después de muchas llamadas, quejas y finalmente amenaza legal, para que por fin viniera una persona a declarar el estado de las paredes.... Un ejemplo de tantas Al final nos hemos ido y os puedo asegurar que un requisito del siguiente piso era no pasar por esta agencia.

Localizan al propietario, te hacen la visita a todos los pisos que les digas, sin inconvenientes ni tonterías. Además en mi último alquiler, por ser cliente, me hicieron incluso descuento. En mi caso me ha atendido siempre Maribel, que es encantadora.

Negative experience: Muy mala experiencia y vamos a denunciar a la inmobiliaria en la oficina del consumidor. Cuando nos mudamos al piso de esta inmobiliaria estaba sucisimo ..con ropa sucia de los antiguos inquilinos ,horno ,encimera ,cajones y armarios en deplorable estado de higiene . El piso sin pintar ,el sofa se rompio a la semana de mudarnos y tuvimos que comprar otro. No nos permitieron cambiar a nuestro nombre ningun servicio y pasaban las facturas incluso varias veces ,con el prejuicio de que no podiamos negociar nosotroa con otras empresas de servicios y asi negociar las tarifas . A la hora de dejar el piso ..fue de verdad bochornoso ..no nos han dado la oportunidad de sanear a nosotros los pocos desperfectos originados por el uso . Nos han descontado la pintura del piso unas reparacionea que se han sacado de la manga y la limpieza cuando al irnoa lo dejamos todo impecable . En fin un abuso . No nos han devuelto nada de la fianza ..es mas nos piden mas dinero . No le recomiendo a nadie esta inmobiliaria ,ni por el trato ni por el servicio ..son unos timadores impresentables y no es la primera vez que escuchamos malisimas criticas respecto a ellos .NO ALQUILEN EN FINCAS TRILLA.
