No obstante, es el lugar ideal para instalar un chiringuito chulo y montar una playa urbana, con buenas consumiciones, buen ambiente, buena música, DJs, etc. Sin molestias a los vecinos al no ser una zona habitada, pero con este alcalde y su equipo de gobierno tan corto de miras ... nada, sólo las cutreces de la zona peatonal.
