Negative experience: They do not terminate the supplies in your name when the contract ends. I have reported the case to the Catalan Agency for Consumer Affairs and to the court for alleged fraud, providing documentation and rental contract.

Negative experience: The truth is that everything was fine until we finalized our rental contract. We have been waiting for more than 7 months for the amounts of the utility bills we paid until the name change of the meters was made to be returned to us. We always paid everything religiously and once the rental contract was terminated, we received a terrible treatment, with bad words from Luigi when we claimed what is owed to us. Therefore, my review cannot be positive in any way due to the unprofessional and unethical treatment we have received. We are still waiting!!
