Negative experience: Very bad, bad experience. They make you pay for things like the ratification, which is always the seller's responsibility. When one doesn't understand, you sign the deposit contract and that's it, then at the notary, they inform you that this payment is the responsibility of the seller, and you are left open-mouthed and, not wanting to waste time, you end up paying it yourself. They were also informed that ELENKAR should not open a locked storage room for which there was no key and that we would take care of opening that storage room. But the lady was more eager to see what she might find and a few hours before the signing, under the pretense that she had to give us keys, she changed the lock by forcing the metal door, destroying it and rendering the lock unusable. A door that I have to pay for out of my own pocket because they wash their hands, saying it was opened hours before the signing. Bad, very bad..... Never go to get a deposit with this lady.

Negative experience: No entréis!! Hay muchas inmobiliarias por la zona para elegir esta. Encarna es la persona más mal educada y déspota que os encontraréis de cara al público.Es mala profesional, Atención pésima ,SOLO miran por su interés económico. Si queréis evitaros problemas NO ENTRÉIS!
