Negative experience: WILLIAMS IS NOT SO PROFESSIONAL FIRST: Williams acts as a mediator in the sale of houses and should (ought to) properly advise the SELLER of the risks they face if they refuse to sell the property before a Notary BECAUSE they have to PAY THE CURRENT YEAR'S TAXES, and on the other hand, commits the 'STUPIDITY' of intentionally NOT INCLUDING any agreement in the PENALTY DEPOSIT CONTRACT regarding those TAXES. SECOND: After several visits to the property before signing the DEPOSIT CONTRACT, I brought up several topics including taxes. I was informed of what they were by the owners in front of Williams. They did not say that they were NOT going to assume the taxes in full. I UNDERSTOOD the opposite, that they would pay ALL the taxes. 'SELLERS know what they are selling; sometimes it's HARD to know what BUYERS are truly BUYING.'... and the treatment we received as buyers from some mediators like Williams IN FRONT OF A NOTARY says it all. One cannot (sitting next to your sellers) respond to a Notary that 'I forgot to include it in the DEPOSIT CONTRACT' regarding how and who pays the taxes. He apologized. The Notary warned (according to regulations) that if there is no prior agreement, the selling party pays the taxes. In my case, the selling party refused to sell the property if it meant they had to pay all the taxes. CONCLUSION in the form of a question: IF WILLIAMS is as professional as they say, HOW CAN IT BE POSSIBLE TO LET THE BUYER tell the Notary 'I want a MINUTES that records the reason for the sellers' refusal to sell in the Public Deed of the sale of the property?' ...And then the EXECUTION of the PENALTY DEPOSIT CONTRACT would have proceeded: €15,400 were delivered AND the SELLERS would have had to REFUND DOUBLE, that is: €30,800. NOW DRAW CONCLUSIONS WITH LESS 'STAR RATINGS'. ME...STARS?: '0'
