I dealt with several real estate agencies and even signed a reservation contract, which was later rescinded. I have noticed that most of the time the brokers do not put in much effort but want to get paid. Natalia from the EGA real estate agency is a completely different matter. She really helped me and put in a lot of effort to make sure I got what I wanted. Negative experience: We had been warned by the bank and several acquaintances from the village not to do anything with this real estate agency, and yet we decided to give it a chance since they had an apartment we were interested in. We lost the apartment; they left us stranded on the same day of the deposit as another seller offered them more and they sold it to them. They eventually returned our deposit since we had proof that they backed out of the sale, as they also didn't want to give us our money back. Embarrassing and disrespectful treatment; they shouted at us and threatened us. We do not recommend it at all!

Negative experience: La peor agenzia inmobiliaria que he encontrado en mi vida! Por mala suerte he contactado con ellos para ver un piso en Vilanova y con poca profesionalidad por teléfono tuve que volver a llamar 5-6 veces porqué no sabían cómo gestionar las visitas, después de días intentando consigo mi cita hoy a las 17:30 y tuve que venir de Barcelona,gastar gasolina, parking,tiempo para luego llegar allí y evidentemente no había nadie esperándome,llamo a la agencia y evidentemente no hay contesta, en internet ya han quitado el piso,vamos... La peor agencia que he encontrado en mi vida

Negative experience: Unos cantamañanas. Falta de seriedad y de profesionalidad. Cualquiera se pone a vender pisos y después no saben ni gestionar unas arras. Incapaces de cerrar acuerdos.
