Fantastic experience: A few months ago, I sold the property of some friends whom I represented. Due to my work, I frequently interact with many real estate agencies of all kinds. On this occasion, I experienced the entire process firsthand from start to finish, and I will hire or recommend them when a client needs a real estate agency in Cunit or the area. Juan Ramón, the commercial director, is a professional with years of experience, and it shows. He knows what he is talking about, is very familiar with the area, and has a great willingness to solve everything within his reach. He is kind and patient, as one should be when mediating in something as important as the buying and selling of a property. I rarely encounter professionals in the sector who have accumulated experience, knowledge, are good people, and maintain this over the years. Marco handles the legal part; I reviewed all the contracts and necessary documentation to sell the property, and everything was in order. Although I interacted less with Marco, I recognized in him a professional with experience, and it shows. In my daily work, I frequently encounter real estate agencies, and I rarely find professionalism, knowledge, transparency, commitment, and honesty as I found in this office. Negative experience: As an agency, I don't know how it is, but as a management service, it's honestly very bad... for a consultation they charge 50€ and they don't even resolve all your doubts. And if you call them on the phone, they don't answer; you send a message and they may reply in 2 days... It seems like they charge you 50€ for 5 minutes or 2 questions, and then that's it, they don't want to know anything else... (It's not about money; I understand everyone values their service differently, but at least a bit of attention to the clients would be appreciated.)

Negative experience: It's the worst real estate agency. We bought an apartment and we thought we were getting a good deal, but we were deceived. For example, the apartment was valued at 80,000 euros and we bought it for 108,000. And they told us that we would have to pay the property tax separately next semester. We bought it in March and they deceived us. Since we are foreigners, they took advantage of us and they are like thieves... for buyers, it's better to look for another property.

Negative experience: Al responsable de Gebira Juan Ramón no tiene los modales suficientes para tratar con gente. En mi caso no se presentó a una cita para ver un inmueble, le llame para indicarle que lo mínimo que podría haber hecho es llamarme y su respuesta no fue NADA CORRECTA con FALTA DE EDUCACIÓN.

Negative experience: Despues de dos años, de dejar a una casa de alquiler, endesa me esta reclamando facturas pendientes de pago, de estos dos años, porque gebira no se encargo de cambiar el nombre! Aunque hemos firmado la finalizacion del contrato de alquiler y de que se acaban los pagos de todos los suministros. DOS AÑOS! Profesionalidad ninguna! Pero a cobral "lo suyo", si que lo saben..

Negative experience: Despues de dos meses desde que firmamos El co trato de alquiler y nos hicieron pagar un Año por adelantado nos encontramos en una casa pendiente de obras ( no tenemos la puerta de entrada en condiciones humans) y no toman ninguna medida Al respecto. tenemos que ir a la agencia muy a menudo, le escribimos correos y ni responden. Tienen un servicio Al cliente pesimo. Los colaboradores que nos mandaron o tienen problemas de alchol y no venian a trabajar o vienen y no solucionan Los problemas asi que solo nos hacen perder tiempo. No queriamo llegar a escribir Todo esto, pero despues de ser ignorados por dos meses ya no nos queda otra.

Negative experience: Quedamos con una comercial para ver una casa en una urbanización. Nos perdimos y nos llamó al móvil de malas formas diciendonos que donde estabamos. Le explicamos que ibamos para allá que no encontrabamos la carretera de la urbanización y ella histérica por telf. nos habló muy mal diciendonos que si no llegamos en 10 min. se iba. No nos dió ni una indicación para poder llegar. Cuando llegamos a la casa nos dijo que ya estaba cerrada y que no tenía tiempo de enseñarla. Le respondimos que lo sentiamos pero que nos habiamos perdido. Su respuesta fué que tendriamos que haber salido antes. Todo era subrealista, vamos a ver una casa paea comprar y una señora como una loca nos empieza a echar cosas en casa y a gritarnos en medio de la calle. Al final le dijimos que era una mal educada y que ya nos daba igual la casa. Que no les ibamos a comprar nada. Esta señora encima se despidó gritandonos, diciendonos que los mal educados eramos nosotros. Una vergüenza, no queremos saber nada de esta inmobiliaria.
