I remind you that if the process of signing the contract was delayed so much, it was because neither you nor your wife had the slightest knowledge of the state of the property regarding the community fees that exist, and all we asked from you was transparency and to know what money was owed and who would assume those costs. I also remind you that in the last meeting we had with Sonia, and you were present, I asked them if I was wasting my time, and they assured me that I was not, and we were the ones who pushed for the arrangement and signing of the deposit contract, which is a falsehood because you never drafted the deposit contract. Believe me, if you had some capacity for self-criticism, you would have been better off admitting how poorly you have handled things and apologizing instead of trying to look good in the public eye. If the time you spend responding to criticism were spent working well, there would be no criticism. Then your wife, on more than one occasion, if she had to talk to my wife, has made a call; I think that's the least she could have done after making us waste three precious months. I can assure you that before starting to negotiate with you, we had seen properties from several agencies, but we never had the feeling of dealing with such inept people. In response to you, I can only reaffirm that you are untrustworthy and liars. I will not waste another minute with you since you have already made me lose quite enough time.

Negative experience: GREAT DISAPPOINTMENT, TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, A COUPLE OF UNRELIABLES have kept us waiting for more than three months with an apartment, they are a couple but the interaction was always with the woman, Sonia seems very kind but as time went by I realized her lack of professionalism and mastery of her job, and ready to sign the ARAS, she informs us by phone through a WhatsApp that the price of the property has gone up, she didn't even have the DECENCY to call us, in short, a real estate agency where you should not place your trust and much less your dreams.

Negative experience: Son unos impresentables. Quedamos a una hora y el comercial no se presenta. Al cabo de media hora llamamos a la agencia y nos dicen que no entienden que ha pasado. 15 minutos después volvemos a llamar y la chica nos dice que es que al comercial le ha la surgido un imprevisto. Y no es capaz de llamar ella y avisarnos. Nos dice que nos envía otro comercial pero que iba a tardar de 30 a 45 minutos. O sea además del plantón, y sin avisar, pretendía la chica esta que estuviéramos esperando 90 minutos en total, después de haber tenido que pedir día de asuntos propios mi mujer en el trabajo para poder estar a la hora convenida. Lo dicho, son unos IMPRESENTABLES.
