Negative experience: We just sold our home with them. Kafkaesque as they first tried to deceive us with the deposit contract, with a clause that allowed them to keep the deposit money as part of their commission; and how they later played with different information between the selling and buying parties, resulting in a loss of 1,000 euros against us. If you want to be at the mercy of pirates, the ones with a wooden leg and an eye patch, hire them for the sale of your home.

Negative experience: Well, I think because I have extra time... You are a SELLER losing... with the price they offer, your house would sell PARTICULARLY EASILY... but since one is tired of visits and because blah blah blah blah... you call a FANTASTIC company that finds you a buyer SURELY with people looking for good flats but LOW PRICES and blah blah blah... and since the BUYER pays, they make it seem like they won... AND NOT. It's just that these are flats that don't sell for many reasons and... GOOD LUCK... look for buyers in NEED of flats that DON'T SELL... and very well for you... but THEY ARE NOT THE FIRST OPTION TO SELL... they are the last option.

Negative experience: It's normal that they sell houses quickly; they give you a ridiculous appraisal to sell your house, so they can increase the price and be quick in the sale. I sold the house I showed them for €100,000 more, so they could manage my sale. I'm also seeing negative comments now from the buyers' side. The truth is that I supported this because it seemed like a methodology that many real estate agencies should implement, but after talking to more real estate agencies and asking for real appraisals instead of just guiding ones, I managed to sell my house without any agency. It's great for when you need to sell quickly and want to under-sell your house.

Negative experience: Terrible experience, especially with Elena. Just like in another review I've read, scheduling a visit with this person to see a property is quite a challenge due to the little availability she offers. Totally unhelpful. The time I spent answering her questions during the call was wasted.

Negative experience: Terrible experience. We saw a newly listed house on a real estate portal and called to visit it. Many difficulties in scheduling the visit, they offered me a time a week later and I asked if it could be a bit later because we couldn't go due to work. Elena said she would ask and call me back. Seeing that she didn't, I texted saying we would take the time but she still didn't respond. I had to call again because 6 hours later I still had no response. When I finally managed to contact them, they seemed to have forgotten. They offered me another appointment 3 days later (10 days after the call) and, despite it coinciding with our work schedule, we took it given the little flexibility they offered but warned that it required us to request time off from our jobs. On the day of the visit, since nobody called us to confirm it, I called to do so and they had no record of it. After several calls in which at first they told me yes, we were going to do it, then they changed the time, and finally asked me if the visit was in another municipality, they told me that the house had already been sold, so if we hadn't called, we would have shown up in another municipality at a property that was already sold, resulting in a waste of time and work. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this real estate agency at all and I am very surprised by the positive comments. We have been dealing with several real estate agencies in Zaragoza for a while and in most we have found very good service, management, and facilities. But considering that in this one they only charge the buyer a considerable commission, which is surprising since it is the seller who hires them, the least they could do is treat potential buyers with respect and inform them if a house sells before they can visit and not just erase the appointments. I would not make a purchase with them nor would I leave a property for them to sell given how they treat potential clients. EDIT TO RESPOND TO THEIR REBUTTAL. If your response implies that my review is false, in addition to thinking you are incompetent, I now think you are shameless. You would have been much better off apologizing for all the time you made us lose. Editing again. I appreciate that you called me to clarify what happened and to prevent it from happening again. The person who called me this time was very kind and apologized for what happened.

Negative experience: We felt scammed. After months of searching, we finally found an apartment we loved at a really good price, so we called the real estate agency right away to see it first (others like it were sold before we could see them). The visit with Jacob was strange, constantly stating that the rooms had fewer square meters than they actually did (we brought a laser measure), that the apartment was not a bargain... but still, we told him we would take it for the price they were asking with their conditions. He insisted that we think about it without rush, but we made the offer right away. The surprise was that after several days without a response, he told us that there were several identical offers and that the owners were choosing based on feeling... without an option to meet us or improve the offer. I suppose they had agreed to sell to someone below market price and were just putting on a show...
