Fantastic experience: Extremely professional. The attention that Sonia gives you couldn't be more attentive while she advises and helps you. Also, they have a significant number of available properties.

Negative experience: We contacted them for the rental of an apartment. They showed it to us and when we wanted to reserve it a day later, they informed us that there were more interested parties before us and that 'the owner has options to choose from.' They could have warned us before the visit and not wasted people’s time. Nevertheless, they told us they would call us to confirm something... 5 days later we are still waiting for the call and the apartment is already listed as rented. I do not recommend this real estate agency at all.

Positive experience: I visited this real estate agency a couple of times for different purposes and the staff's treatment was correct, although they didn't show much interest in attending to my requests. They do not update the advertisements on the display/window, many of the properties indicate that they are sold or unavailable and they do not remove them. It doesn’t seem like the best marketing to me.
