Negative experience: I am the partner of Jhon Ceballos, and as he rightly states in his review, I lived with him for a couple of months during which I worked remotely from his home. I understand your position, but the mediation you applied is not adequate. Persistent complaints towards my partner regarding the supposed discomfort caused by his dog (when that is not the case because I was living there, and I was even present in the home when the police came due to the alleged unbearable and continuous barking), but when he presents you with contrary evidence to all those accusations and proposes to meet to try to address this, the only response he gets from you is the refusal to discuss the matter further. And that is when he receives a response, because on many occasions, you do not even reply... You are a neutral service that should safeguard the coexistence between neighbors... it is your mistake to take a stance. I hope this clarification has helped you understand my one-star review.

Negative experience: NOT RECOMMENDED. THEY DO NOT RESPOND, THEY DO NOT PROVIDE SOLUTIONS. My family and I have been living at Carrer Pau Casals 6-8 for 5 years. This is our 6th year. In a community where out of 10 families, 7 of us have dogs. All the neighbors know each other, and the dogs walk down this street. A few months ago, a neighbor moved in, and since then the problems have started. She complains about my dog; we live door to door because there are constant barks. I have looked for solutions: cameras at home, asking other neighbors, having my partner work from home, etc. And she keeps complaining about my dog. They show me no proof. Therefore, I think what is said about my dog is not true. Obviously, my dog barks when the neighbor arrives or when the mailman knocks. Normal for a dog, really. But she paints it as if it were something terrible. To top it off, I send a message to this 'management' to 'manage' the situation and propose to meet, and they say they are not going to meet for this. This problem has escalated to the point where a vehicle (mine) this morning was scratched all over the sides. It makes you think a lot. THEY ARE INCOMPETENT AND 0 PROFESSIONAL.
