Fantastic experience: Hi there. Well, where do I start. I do not leave reviews anywhere but this one is a must. Being first time buyers in Spain, we looked up estate agents and read reviews around the Cocentaina area where we wanted to be. We decided to give I-Levante a ring and was talking to Clive. We made an appointment with Clive who sat us down and asked us exactly what we were looking for and explained word for word what we would have to do to buy in Spain right from organising my partners NIE to organising appointments to open bank accounts and also translating for us at appointments including notary and also recommending builders (English speaking). We viewed several campo houses in Cocentaina and have now fully completed. The experience from start to finish has been amazing it was a smooth process with no stress whatsoever. Clive was dealing with all the paperwork etc and we were stress free . If I was buying anywhere else in Spain I 100% would be ringing I-Levante. If we could give more than 5 stars I wouldn’t hesitate to. I would highly recommend in a heartbeat Clive and his company I-Levante. We have previously dealt with estate agents in both England and Ireland and have to say 100% they have never gone the extra mile like Clive has. Me e sentido engañado e perdido una Casita por que tu has mal metido con la dueña mintiendole sobre mi sin conocerme por que ni siquiera me has visto la cara. por que no te interesaba que yo me la quedara. Encima has estado dando largas para venderla por tu cuenta y que la perdiera. Y como me siento engañado y estafado. No pienso ir a esa inmobiliaria en la vida. Conmigo no hablabas hablabas con mi pareja. Además ya deberías saber que Casita y quienes somos. Y si no lo sabes ya a lo mejor es por que es habitual lo que nos has hecho a nosotros. La dueña nos pasó contigo así que pasamos a ser clientes tuyos. Y para empezar de ahorrarnos inmobiliaria nada te dijimos que si Avia que pagarte se te pagaba, y dijiste que a los compradores no les cobrabas. Así que de ahorrarnos inmobiliaria nada. Y si que puedo opinar de los servicios de la inmobiliaria igual que tu opinabas de nosotros hablándole mal a la dueña de alguien que ni conoces. Además de que las gestiones de la casa las hacías tú. No nos dijiste la verdad desde un principio y eso es mentir. Así que no voy recomendar una empresa sea cual sea. Donde mienten y intentan sacar tajada acostá de los demás.

Fantastic experience: Clive arranged lots of viewings and sold our campo house very quickly, despite the restrictions of Covid. He gave us very good advice and found us cash buyers. He also oversaw all the paperwork necessary and kept us informed of developments at all times. He is very knowledgable about the local market, policies of banks etc and did not tie us in with a client contract. Living abroad, and with current travel restrictions, we could not have managed without him!

Negative experience: Yo no les voy a recomendar, y tiene aquí a uno levantado en armas contra ellos por inducir a error y cobrar sin dar el producto ofertado. Una cosa es tener un negocio, y otra tener información errónea, incompleta, y saberlo, con el único objetivo de vender sin dar producto ni servicio. Todo esto hace que la venta sea totalmente fraudulenta. No son profesionales. La calidad del producto no tiene nada que ver con lo que informan. Muy muy deficiente.

Fantastic experience: I purchased a house 'privately' in Spain 6 years ago and used Clive to 'hold my hand' on the full processes from drafting a letter of intent, setting up accounts with utilities, arranging my NIE and interpreting at the Notary office completion. We chose I-Levante because my parents bought their house with them 10 years ago and couldn’t have been happier with their experience. Their knowledge of the area and housing market, how the local governments function(navigating bureaucracies) and their professionalism is second to none. They are also a lot of fun and great guys. Negative experience: Son unos impresentables, recibo un producto con un embajeje pésimo para la fragilidad del producto y como no , venía defectuoso y los sinvergüenzas alegan que es un producto que por su propia naturaleza no tiene garantía, serán caraduras además señalan que es productor original y eso no se lo creen ni ellos estafadores.
