Negative experience: I rented an apartment through this real estate agency and I had a bad experience with them. At no point were they solution-oriented or did they want to mediate between the owner and us when we had problems. I am very dissatisfied with their management. In response to your reply, José Antonio, I indicate that we contacted you at that moment and you passed the buck just like your employees. I reiterate our general dissatisfaction with this real estate agency, I would not hire their services again.

Negative experience: A total waste of time. The same people who teach you about the properties are the same owners with another partner. They modify and break everything that has been stated and dealt with before. I sent guarantees, endorsements, and personal data as they indicated. And once everything was received, they change and vary everything again. They know nothing about companies. They should dedicate themselves to other pursuits. Luckily, they are in Zaidin and in Churriana de La Vega. Because in Madrid or a large capital, they simply would not exist anymore.

Negative experience: Tratar con ellos ha sido decepcionante y muy desagradable. Alquilamos un piso del cual nos cobraron comisión de inmobiliaria, fianza y mes de alquiler y cuando quisimos hablar con ellos para cualquier gestión nos decían que el alquiler era cosa particular de un socio. Intentaron que entregáramos las llaves antes de la fecha señalada para irnos y quisieron quedarse con la fianza, alegando excusas como que tenían que tapar 4 agujeros, limpiar el piso y pintar. Por otra parte compramos una casa a través de ellos de un importe elevado y nos cobraron una comisión de la cual no nos han dado factura, por supuesto estamos tomando medidas judiciales. Por otra parte teníamos la fecha prevista de entrega firmada y recibimos la casa 5 meses después, teniendo que ser nosotros los que reclamáramos a los constructores. Ellos no se han interesado por nosotros que se supone éramos sus clientes más que para recibir el dinero. Todo esto por no hablar de las faltas de respeto y de las malas formas de uno de sus socios. Hemos tenido muchos tratos con inmobiliarias y sin duda la peor experiencia de nuestra vida.

Negative experience: No me gusta su forma de trabajar ,llamo a preguntar por un local en venta y le tengo que dar yo la referencia en vez de ellos buscarlo.No saben ni dónde está y no tienen información correcta en su web. Le preguntó por el precio, le digo que si es negociable y que pregunten y me dicen que por ese precio lo hubieran comprado ellos. Pero esto es inmobiliaria o corredor de apuestas?

Negative experience: No tienen ni idea, dicen un precio y luego no es lo que pide el dueño, alquileres.

Positive experience: Comerciales simpáticos y buenos inmuebles

Negative experience: Para alquilar con ellos no es recomendable, porque cuando va a cumplir el contrato te avisan con 3 días de que te van a subir 50 euros el alquiler y lo tomas o lo dejas, y cuando decides irte, buscan 1000 escusas para no devolverte la fianza, basándose en escusas como que esque tienen que limpiar, pintar,etc... y que eso vale dinero y lo tienen que pagar ellos, y además cuando les dices que te vas a ir y tienes pagado ese mes, te dice que te vayas 4 u 5 días antes para que puedan limpiarlo, vamos que tienen mucha mucha cara
