There are other 'services' that are not subject to this prohibition, but they certainly cannot cost 800-900 euros, as they intend to charge, as if it were a monthly payment. We are always playing with the legal loophole. This is the first time since 2023 that I have been asked for something like this. One needs to stay updated, otherwise, they might get scammed! And they get offended when the information in the ads on their advertising portal, Idealista, etc., is not accurate, you mention it to them and they don't take it well, when it is pointed out that they misinform and deceive potential clients. To schedule the appointment, I called for 4 consecutive days in the morning and afternoon, waiting for them to confirm the time and location... as I said, they don't deserve even one star. I can see that I am not the only dissatisfied one.

Negative experience: Malísima experiencia, ni idea de lo que venden, hasta que pagas lo tienen todo clarísimo, todo es perfecto, en cuanto das las arras todo un caos. La comercial, Amparo, que te hace las visitas un encanto, maravilloso trabajo, la propietaria con la que firmas arras un asco total como persona y como profesional. Ni idea de los documentos que necesita la vivienda, ni del estado legal de esta, todo con mentiras, llamadas con gritos y al colgar no te vuelve a coger el teléfono para quedar ella con la última palabra, todo terrorífico. Al final tuvimos que mediar con abogados para que nos devolvieran las arras. Huíd, hay inmobiliarias miles de veces mejor que esta.

Negative experience: Horrible. Experiencia nefasta. Verónica una maleducada e impresentable. No tiene educación ninguna. Nos trató como completos inútiles y mentirosos, cuando al final la que causaba problemas entre vendedor y comprador era ella, que ni siquiera transmitía la información. Esa empresa sólo sigue en pie por sus mentiras porque al final da la casualidad que encuentras la casa que deseas y acabas pagando por quitartela de encima. Un robo. Para nada recomendable. Un cero es la calificación más alta que se merece. Se salva Amparo, que aún tiene dos dedos de frente y educación.

Negative experience: Fatídica experiencia. Increíble como está gente te saca el dinero POR NO HACER NADA. TE DEJAN LITERALMENTE TIRADO. Le doy una estrella porque no tengo la posibilidad de poner cero.. A que mala hora me compré la casa ahí con la de inmobiliarias serias que hay por la zona HACED CASO DE LAS RESEÑAS QUE CUANDO EL RÍO SUENA ...
