Negative experience: I don't give less than one star because Google won't allow me to, otherwise I would say, or rather I affirm, that it is the worst real estate agency I have ever dealt with. The treatment is terrible from Laura, the manager, apart from wasting your time, she tries to squeeze you dry based on the price you tell her of the apartments you've seen, not on the price that the owner wants to set. She is rude and does NOT fulfill her job. You speak to her, she reads the messages and does not respond, and when you call her to get the necessary and basic information, she says she feels bad for you calling... unbelievable... but true. Considering that you have to pay her for doing her job correctly, she laughs in clients' faces when her salary is based on them. Prejudiced, and on the first day I met her, she literally pushed me away from the agency because she had a stomachache, her phrase was literally: 'Don't come near me in case you might spread it to me, I'm going to open the door...' She has no shame, and be careful, because before the law comes out stating no real estate agency fees, she will try to squeeze anyone... except her 'known clients.'

Negative experience: Sells too much, no desire to sell more. Wasting time, I achieved nothing else.

Negative experience: Valla Inmoviaria más pésima y mal trato al cliente, me alquiló un piso, jamás me han tratado peor, muy miserable. No la recomiendo para nada.

Negative experience: Trato pésimo,falta de interés total en los clientes, pedimos que nos enseñaran un chalet ,llegamos al chalet no nos dieron ninguna tipo de informacion del chalet solamente se limito a hablar por teléfono con otros clientes en vez de atendernos mucha prepotencia, que pena si viven realmente de la venta de inmuebles la verdad que lo demuestran muy mal. No les doy ni un euro.

Negative experience: No dan ubicación de los inmuebles, ni aproximada. Así es peor que buscar una aguja en un pajar.

Negative experience: Corroboro todos los comentarios negativos de esta inmobiliaria. He llamado en numerosas ocasiones interesandome por alguno de sus inmuebles y han quedado en llamarme para enseñarme alguno pero nada de nada. También en la descripción de los inmuebles no indican más o menos la ubicación para que el cliente se haga una idea ya que uni cuando quiere comprar necesita saber si esa es la zona o no donde quiere comprar . Hay una gran diferencia con otras inmobiliarias que son superatentos y muy profesionales. Quién contrate con eurogar que sepa que simplemente les regala la comisión. Es preferible vender el inmueble uno mismo. Espero les sirva de ayuda .

Negative experience: No sé ni como calificarlo....Yo si fuera propietario no dejaría mi propiedad en manos de esta inmobiliaria. Desinterés total para quedar con los clientes, quedan de llamarte y no lo hacen, llamas y nunca puede atenderte y la respuesta es que... ella no sólo hace esto que tambien es madre etc. Laura que es la dueña parece hacerte un favor cada vez que te coge el teléfono y no contesta ni a un mensaje. Tendrían que saber los propietarios como trata a los clientes y valorar si merece la pena pagar por sus servicios que son nulos.

Negative experience: Llame para pedir información de pisos y no me la facilitaron me mandaron a su pagina y no intento buscar información de las viviendas que le pedi muy mal

Negative experience: Impresentables. Quedamos con ellos la semana pasada, no se presentaron ni cogieron el teléfono para avisar de que no podían y ni siquiera después para disculparse o devolver las llamadas que les hicimos durante nuestra espera. Si así pretenden vender mucho, la llevan clara...
