Negative experience: 0 professional, we rented an apartment. We waited for him to give us the account number to make the deposit for the apartment, and he doesn't answer the phone or our messages. After 2 weeks, he contacts us and says he is sorry, but it is already reserved. Now he leaves a family without a vacation. Thank you very much, Mr. ANTONIO RODRÍGUEZ.

Negative experience: Well, in my case, professionalism is better left unsaid. It turns out that I have been waiting for two months regarding an apartment that this gentleman had mentioned to us. The apartment was pending furnishing. Our rental was supposed to be annual. We arranged to see it over the weekend, since we are not from Chipiona and need to travel. We rented a hotel room for the night to spend the day, and surprise!!!! Just an afternoon before our travel, I called this gentleman to agree on a time and he told me that the apartment had supposedly been rented to a family member.

Negative experience: It will be anything BUT PROFESSIONAL.
