Fantastic experience: Si debo decir la verdad...yo fui para Marc Guasch y su equipo un cliente algo problemático. Por supuesto quería hacer la compra, pero tenía mucho miedo de que algo saliera mal y tomaba constantes precauciones. Estas precauciones incluyeron llevarme a un amigo experto en hipotecas para que me asesorara en cada paso del proceso. Pero Marc y su equipo se portaron muy profesionalmente, comprendieron que la compra de un piso era el movimiento económico más peligroso que yo iba a hacer en toda mi vida y aceptaron mis demandas de seguridad sin desatender al vendedor en ningún momento. Recomiendo Habitat por su buen hacer, su profesionalidad en la gestión y su empatía con todas las partes implicadas en la compra/venta.

Negative experience: Inmobiliaria que vende un local adaptado como vivienda ( loft ), con fotos muy bonitas, amueblado, todo perfecto, incluso el precio 83.000€ en C/Pi i Soler. Era todo muy bonito si pero sin cédula de habitabilidad.

Fantastic experience: Con precisión milimétrica y casi dos meses antes de recibir amenazas por parte de la competencia; Marc me dijo lo que iba pasar. No fue a Delfos ni tuvo suerte, lo sabía porque desafortunadamente hay gente con nula ética profesional. Llegó la hora del "cangueli" y tanto Miriam como Héctor me apoyaron inmediatamente. No todas las inmobiliarias son iguales, está me ha ofrecido el soporte de sus miembros y la voz de su abogado. Como consumidores no podemos ni debemos quedarnos callados ante amenazas, presiones o coacciones. El silencio otorga el sonido a la derrota y esboza el himno del cobarde.

Negative experience: The sales representative (Jenni) never showed up for the visit, she stood us up. When we called her, she answered the phone saying she had called us (at the last minute) but since we didn't answer, she assumed the visit was canceled. It's like there was zero effort to send a WhatsApp or to try to get back in touch. A waste of time with this people, but especially a complete lack of empathy. She makes us go, and then washes her hands saying she called us. That's how professional she is....

Negative experience: Asking potential clients to confirm a visit via phone call is a commendable process, NOT completing the confirmation attempt via WhatsApp is being outdated. Before calling, I would send a WhatsApp message. I understand that the real estate agency protects itself from negligent people who do not show up for visits, but how does the customer experience look when they take time out of their lunch break, travel 30 minutes, show up to view a house, with sick children at 38º, and get stood up? It’s a very bad user experience. In 2023, Jenny, this should not happen; review your processes.
