Negative experience: She collaborates with Servihabitat and when trying to access a visit to a property that still appears available on the website, they tell me it is booked. I've been like this for 2 months, I don't think it's a real estate agency that is transparent and trustworthy. Furthermore, when they call you, they do not identify themselves with this real estate agency, they say they are Servihabitat.

Negative experience: A customer service that leaves much to be desired. I saw an ad on Idealista for a commercial space, I wrote expressing my interest, and the real estate agent contacted me. They described the space for sale in detail, and we agreed to meet at a specific time to see it. They sent me a simple note, but not for the space, rather for the whole building, which was of no use to me at all. Just at the time we had agreed to meet next to the space, the agent called to say they had made a mistake and thought the space they had mentioned the day before was another space in the same building. Obviously, when we spoke on the phone, they were trying to sell me a space they had no clue where it was. They didn't show up to the appointment, wasted my time, and I later found out that the space the agent spoke about the day before (because they had no idea it wasn't that one, but another) had been sold since November 2023. Without a doubt, they need to reassess their service.
