Negative experience: Buying party: This real estate agency charges you €2420 for a service simply to show you the apartment. After signing, the selling party confirms to me that they were told that the buying party is not charged a commission (basically because they don't help you at all... I insist, just opening the house for you to see) they also told me that they do not accept counteroffers, the selling party confirms to me that from the beginning they accepted counteroffers, in fact, the price was higher than what they said. And some more things I don't want to comment on social media, it seems inappropriate. Conclusion: scam real estate agency. If I have to highlight something positive, it's Susana and her kindness and always professional, which I can't say about Manuel Tovar (whom I suspect is the owner of this establishment). Best regards.

Negative experience: They canceled two appointments for us in the same week. Attention could be greatly improved, as they could have managed the appointments with the owners better and not wasted our time.

Negative experience: They wanted to charge us no matter if the sale operation went ahead or not (€3,500). In the deposit contract, we asked for explanations that they never clarified. Once the price was agreed upon, they wanted to raise it so that the owner wouldn't pay their fees and we would do it instead, writing the deed at a higher price. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM. A DISASTER AND THEY TRY TO DECEIVE.

Negative experience: Bad experience, when I was already with my things inside the apartment they told me I had to pay a fee that they hadn't communicated to me, they didn't have a visit report to verify the conditions of the real estate agency, this amount was not in the contract and I found out that it is illegal to charge the tenant according to the new law, from there many threats, the owner told me that I would lose the deposit and that if I didn't pay he wouldn't continue with the contract, so I asked to have all my money returned, which they did after a good fuss and I left the apartment... Never again with them or that owner... God save me!!!

The sales representative schedules an appointment, we finalize the specifications, we agree to keep in touch, and I even made sure not to give them a time that would make them wait, which is just basic courtesy. The company's response... since it doesn't fit her schedule because she has other clients in the afternoon, she "gets into a meeting" and doesn't inform you that she won't be coming. You send her three messages, call her three times, and she does not respond. The typical behavior of a flea market real estate agent with no standards. Susana, I hope that the time you made me waste driving an extra 10 kilometers has been worth it for you. Congratulations to the business owner for hiring employees like Mrs. Susana.
