Negative experience: We were looking at a property, the photos were explicit, there was a bathroom, well no, the property was not being sold but half of it, without a bathroom. Real estate agents, why do you post non-existent photos that belong to another property, the half that is not for sale? I believe that before putting any property for sale, they should ask for deeds. THAT IS CALLED BAD PRACTICE.

Negative experience: DANGER!! With this real estate agency, the management of our property's rental was disastrous, very unprofessional, even causing us financial damage.

Fantastic experience: Estamos encantados con el gran trabajo profesional que nos hicieron en la venta de nuestra vivienda. Nos vendieron el piso en un breve espacio de tiempo y se encargaron de todos los papeleos. La agente inmobiliaria que nos hizo las gestiones de la venta y papeles (Marta) hizo un gran trabajo. De verdad que el trabajo y trato que nos dieron tanto a nosotros (parte vendedora) como al chico que compro nuestro piso, fue fabuloso y cercanos. Confianza 100%

En mi caso tuve la suerte de ser atendido por Belén, que no solo se ocupó de todo en todo momento, sino que el trato totalmente personal, fue una maravilla a la hora de atravesar todos los procesos necesarios para la compra/venta. A nivel personal, recomendación 100% acertada.

Negative experience: Nos tuvieron 3 meses con trámites que se deberían haber hecho antes de la firma del contrato. Todo ello con el resultado que finalmente no se podía vender el piso por ser de protección. 3 meses perdidos en los que subieron los intereses los bancos. Y encima la inmobiliaria intentó negociar que la tasación se pague a medias entre los dueños y nosotros cuando no tuvimos culpa ninguna. Malos profesionales, que no han hecho bien su trabajo como se espera de una inmobiliaria.
