Fantastic experience: Regarding the comment from Pau Requena about the Guitar Workshop, I would like to say that he is my landlord and contradicts what he says about the agency. Mavien is quite the opposite; they provide very good service and operate very legally, and it can be proven that my landlord is lying.

Negative experience: Alleged criminals for document forgery, they have been reported to the national police of Valencia since they impersonated my identity, my signature, to register one of the tenants. That registration is totally illegal as one of the required documents is illegal since they forged my signature on the copy of the contract annex. We are awaiting notification from the court and the graphic expert of the same, but even a 5-year-old child would do it better... Premeditation to impersonate. Anyone who doubts should get in touch... We are already suffering enough as landlords for these pseudo agencies to be accomplices of non-payments, delays, forgery of signatures and impersonation. They do not look out for the interests of the landlord but stimulate the bad practices of the tenants while they forge my signature to carry out procedures. I must say supposedly as the law is this way... A simple and crude signature that looks nothing like mine to register the tenant in my home. To make matters worse, they take advantage of a sick Mother ignoring that the tenant pays late and poorly. Do not fall into the mistake of having to go through this ordeal. It is not an agency, they are alleged scammers. We will see each other in court since they do not respond to my messages.

Negative experience: Además de ser una agencia inmobiliaria, también se dedica a llevar el tema de asesoría de fincas,que es mi caso, y se pondrán enseguida a solucionar mi problema de goteras. Me siento estafado, después de casi un año aún estoy esperando respuesta...
