Negative experience: THEY ARE A DISGRACE. My partner and I went to see a property for sale in Llinars that we really liked, but the community was in ruins, which raised doubts for us. We spoke with David, who in my perception is a rather tyrannical person. We noticed that his tone changed when we told him that the contract for the reservation needed to state that we would not be responsible for those works. He kept insisting that we make a reservation, but our former broker advised us to be careful since several of his clients had very bad experiences and had lost money, recommending that we not make a reservation and go directly to the contract, which David seemed not to like. Everything seemed to be moving forward and we agreed to pay €500 for the property appraisal. When our current broker called to set a date to sign the reservation, David said he had already sold the property. He called us and bluntly stated: 'That's the risk you take if you don't pay a reservation.' I find it very unprofessional to let someone spend €500 on appraising a property, to accept and negotiate until the last second, only to pull this stunt.

Fantastic experience: The truth is that everything went very well, it's also true that it helps a lot that they had the house of our dreams, but they made it very easy for us and helped us with everything. Negative experience: They showed us a 'house' and I put that in quotes because it was a botched job from the 70s made in pieces. Wonderful 4 square meter kitchen with everything to renovate, EVERYTHING. They were asking for €240k and the salesperson suggested that we shouldn't make very low offers because we might end up in a fight. Super professional all around. They require a reservation to submit your offer to the owner. A way for you to lose money and not be able to back out.

Negative experience: I have no doubt about the negative reviews they have. But it is true, they are real because we have been able to verify for ourselves what kind of company it is. In our case, the owner did not want to return the deposit, claiming repairs that he literally made up, with things that were not even reflected in the contract. The real estate agency sided with the owner by accepting old invoices and receipts (from before our rental) and helping the owner to keep our deposit which was by no means legal. It is clear that this is a real estate agency that will always support the owners and as rental tenants, they will only help you in the process of renting. For everything else, terrible management. Besides supporting the owner with the allegations they make to avoid returning the deposit, during the time we were renting, they did not manage any request we needed properly, as they acted as intermediaries with the owner, it was always the same response: 'we're on it', it was frustrating. Anyway, as rented tenants, awful experience, surely as an owner it would be great because we understand they are their true clients and the ones they work for... What a shame, what helplessness as rented tenants...

We have been claiming and trying to resolve the situation amicably for 5 months with no success. We have had to initiate a formal complaint process.

Negative experience: THEY ARE A BUNCH OF SCAMMERS, delivering apartments that are in TERRIBLE condition, they tell you that when you move in everything will be fixed, and when you claim for damages, they say they are not going to fix anything and that everything is on your account, they send you bills that aren't even yours, and on top of that they constantly give you the runaround, don't answer the phone or WhatsApps, and to top it off they tell you that if you leave the apartment your deposit will be returned WITHOUT PENALTIES and after many days of chasing them they drop the bomb that they are not going to give you any deposit back. Be very careful with this bunch of thieves, and from what I see in more reviews, I am not the only one they have laughed at. A bunch of shameless people.

Negative experience: DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME, THEY ARE SCAMMERS!! They paint everything very nicely that the apartment will be clean and all set, but it's not true – dirty and with many things to fix, from dampness to broken sockets to missing pieces of baseboard.... Then they lie to you saying that they will return your deposit in less than a month, but surprisingly it's not the case, and not only that, but they forge documents to avoid paying you. The customer service is terrible and disappointing... They ignore you, hang up on you, and mess with you.

Negative experience: Les tuve que denunciar por qué no quisieron devolverme los 3000 euros de la reserva de un piso por qué me denegaron la hipoteca, tuve que pagar a abogados para ir contra ellos hasta que su propio abogado nos dio la razón a nosotros, mucho cuidado con ellos, ya me advirtieron (no ellos ) de que 3000 euros de reserva es mucho dinero y yo caí, eso sí, 25 años tengo y pensaron que me la colarian y no fue así, además fui buena por no seguir en juicio que si no ...la cosa habría empeorado. Cuidado con ellos.
