Negative experience: Negative experience regarding the rental of a parking space with a storage room at Calle Llinars N33. The remote control costs €53, and if they decide to terminate the contract, they will not refund the amount. Also, read the contract carefully: THE DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE RETURNED UNTIL 30 DAYS AFTER THE END OF THE CONTRACT. Other than that, they don't care if you are a good tenant; your money is their misery. Don't tell them you have problems with a fluorescent light or the rolling door.

Negative experience: Terrible experience. I recommend NOT renting or having any dealings with these people. In the rental apartments, they do not allow you to change the utility names, so you cannot make any changes to the rates, power, or anything. If problems arise, they wash their hands of it; they tell you to fix it yourself (when we've only been living here for 9 months) or they invite you to leave, but of course, they keep the more than €3000 you paid as a deposit because you leave before the 5 years that the contract lasts (they're interested in you leaving and keeping your money). At the time of signing, we verbally agreed on a series of changes, they tell you they will consider it, and when the time comes, they ignore your requests and you have to comply with what was signed. THEY ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY. We will not work with this company again and we do NOT recommend it to anyone.

Negative experience: Malísima calidad en los materiales de los pisos, y estar de alquiler con ellos es prácticamente una dictadura, tienes que cubrirles todos los fallos y no quejarte sino te echan sin más recomiendo que lo penséis muy bien antes de hacer tratos con ellos... el sr que es el propietario ha dejado mucho que desear... muy piratas

Negative experience: He llogat un traster al carrer Llinars 33 i ha resultat que tenia humitats. Roba, caixes, llibres se m'han fet malbé però no volen fer se càrrec de les despeses que em poden haver ocasionat.
