Negative experience: THEY ARE A DISGRACE. My partner and I went to see a property for purchase in Llinars that we liked very much, but the community was in ruins which made us doubt. We spoke with David, who in my perception is a very careful despot. We noticed that his tone changed when we told him that the purchase agreement had to state that we were not going to take responsibility for those works. After that, he insisted a lot that we make a reservation, but our former broker advised us to be careful since several of his clients had very bad experiences and lost money, and he recommended us not to make a reservation and to go directly to the purchase agreement, which seemed to displease David. Everything seemed to move forward, and we agreed to pay €500 for the property appraisal. When our current broker called to arrange a date to sign the purchase agreement, David said he had already sold the property. He called us and bluntly said: 'that's the risk you take if you don't pay a reservation.' I think it is very unprofessional to let someone spend €500 on assessing a property, accept and negotiate until the last moment, and then pull such a stunt.

Negative experience: They showed us a 'house' and I put it in quotes because it was a patchwork from the 70s. Wonderful 4 square meter kitchen with everything needing renovation, EVERYTHING. They were asking for €240k and the salesperson suggested that we shouldn't make very low offers because we might end up in a fight. Super professional all around. They ask for a reservation to propose your offer to the owner. A way for you to lose money and not be able to back out.

Negative experience: I have no doubt about the negative reviews they have. But it's true, they are real because we have experienced firsthand the type of company it is. In our case, the owner did not want to return our deposit, claiming repairs that he literally pulled out of nowhere, with things that were not even mentioned in the contract. The real estate agency sided with the owner, accepting old invoices and receipts (from before our rental) and helping the owner keep our deposit, which was totally illegal. It is clear that this is a real estate agency that will always support landlords and as renting tenants, they will only help you in the rental process. For everything else, terrible management. In addition to supporting the owner with the claims they make to not return your deposit, during the time we were renting, they did not manage any requests we had appropriately, as they act as intermediaries with the owner, the response was always the same: 'we're on it', it was frustrating. In short, as renting tenants, it was awful, surely as an owner it is great because we understand they are their real clients and for whom they work... What a pity, what helplessness for renting tenants...

Negative experience: Little professionalism. They charged us the agency fees despite our contract being signed after the update of the urban rental regulations on May 26th. We have been claiming for 5 months and trying to resolve the situation amicably and there is no way. We have had to initiate a formal complaint process.

Negative experience: THEY ARE A BUNCH OF SCAMMERS, handing over apartments that are in TERRIBLE condition, they tell you that when you move in everything will be fixed, and when you claim for damages they say they will not fix anything and it's all on you. They send you bills that are not even yours, and they constantly delay things, do not answer the phone or WhatsApp messages, and to top it off, they tell you that if you leave the apartment your deposit will be returned WITHOUT PENALTIES, and after many days chasing them, they drop it on you that they will not return any deposit. Be very careful with this bunch of crooks, and from what I see in more reviews, I am not the only one they have laughed in the face. A bunch of scoundrels.

Negative experience: DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME, THEY'RE SCAMMERS!! They paint everything very nicely that the apartment will be given to you clean and fixed, but it's not true. It's dirty and has many things to fix, from dampness to broken sockets to missing pieces of baseboard.... Then they lie to you saying they'll return your deposit in less than a month, but surprisingly that's not the case, and not only that but they forge documents to avoid paying you. The customer service is terrible and disappointing... They ignore you, hang up on you, and mess with you.

Negative experience: Les tuve que denunciar por qué no quisieron devolverme los 3000 euros de la reserva de un piso por qué me denegaron la hipoteca, tuve que pagar a abogados para ir contra ellos hasta que su propio abogado nos dio la razón a nosotros, mucho cuidado con ellos, ya me advirtieron (no ellos ) de que 3000 euros de reserva es mucho dinero y yo caí, eso sí, 25 años tengo y pensaron que me la colarian y no fue así, además fui buena por no seguir en juicio que si no ...la cosa habría empeorado. Cuidado con ellos.
