Negative experience: Terrible, you couldn't communicate with them, they wouldn't answer the phone. Well, we were even told at the notary that it was one of the worst real estate agencies we had ever dealt with. Very bad luck, I couldn't buy any property with them. And the last thing, when we went to sign the deeds, the flat didn't have a habitability certificate. I don't recommend it to anyone.

Negative experience: I lack the words to describe this real estate agency as it is the worst of the worst. This week, my mother and I went to see an apartment that had already been sold, and they didn’t care at all that we traveled from Palma to Manacor for nothing. This lady named Xisca knew the bad situation we are going through since we are desperately looking for a place because our rental contract is not being renewed where we currently live. Still, the only thing this lady cares about is money and plays with people’s desperation. But I am sure that reviews like this will make future clients not cross that door because there are surely very honest real estate agencies with good hearts that truly care for their clients and take their work seriously.

Negative experience: A disaster, I spoke with a salesperson who was supposed to call me back and nothing happened. I called again and Xisca attended me, she made an appointment with me and then changed it because the owner couldn't make it that day. Then on the day of the appointment, she didn't show up, I called her and she gave me excuses that it couldn't be shown, and there I was like a fool wasting my time from work that day.

Negative experience: Wir haben uns für eine Wohnung interessiert und für diese zwei Mal eine Anfrage gesendet. Jedoch haben wir keine Antwort bekommen. Auch letzten Sommer wollten wir uns eine Wohnung anschauen, haben auch einen Besichtigungstermin ausgemacht und einen Tag davor wurde uns gesagt, dass die Wohnung verkauft ist. Dies ist sehr ärgerlich, da man extra aus dem Ausland kommt um sich eine Wohnung anzusehen. Leider machen diese Punkte die Zusammenarbeit sehr unsicher.

Negative experience: Eine einzige Katastrophe Objekte, die über Frau Watermeier vertrieben werden, werden immer schneller jünger als in der Realität. Da wird sehr schnell anstelle Baujahr 2003 das Baujahr 2018 behauptet. Ich nenne das Betrug. Einfach skandalös!!! Ein Stern ist noch zu viel.

Negative experience: Casi tres semanas, mareándome que si, que no, que si, que no. Cuando les ofrecí prácticamente lo que tenían puesto en la web. Luego me dijeron que lo venderían más caro. Un mareo, creo que así no se puede tratar a los clientes , que digan desde el principio NO, y evitan marearme.
