Negative experience: A dreadful experience, Juan is a person without word and of little trust. We had an apartment with the keys already in hand, talked to the bank for the loan, a week without answering my phone, I went to look for him in the afternoons to see what was going on and it turns out he had sold it to someone else. Don't trust him.

Negative experience: I wouldn't give it zero stars because that's not possible, it's an absolute lack of professionalism. In the middle of the call, they hung up on me for asking about the height of a floor. Lack of transparency, tricky questions, distrust, dishonesty regarding the price, commissions. A clear example of what you don't want as an interlocutor in something as important as buying your home. It’s surprising that they continue to operate and acquire products to sell; I imagine the good reviews are from family and friends. Stay away.

Negative experience: BE CAREFUL ! Very dishonest people and abusive practices. The owner Juan was supposed to sell me a flat in Alcudia and I agreed to all his conditions. He and his wife Isis insisted to meet and repeated that they valued honesty and that transparency, and trust was very important for them. I gave my passport to his notary and we even agreed on a date to sign, I contacted a lawyer but without telling me anything they decided to sell it at the last minute to someone who made a bank transfert, without informing me or replying my messages. They made me waste my time and gave ridiculous explanations when I confronted them. There’s plenty of professional agencies in the island, so don’t trust this people !!!

Mrs. Melanie Mendelewitsch- I would like to inform you that the apartment you were interested in was purchased by us. We came for a tour a month before you and were the first to make an offer and show interest. Mr. Juan and Mrs. Isis (the owners) were very fair and assured us that they will wait for us because we were the first. Our bank took some time to approve because of the holidays, and despite other offers (even bigger ones) and threats from your side, they were fair and waited for us. Every medal has two sides, this time it was fair for us and not for you, but if I comment on their attitude and professionalism, they were always very correct and fair. Despite the fact that we offered less than the others, they sold the apartment to us because we were the first to see it. This shows that they are very fair as people, which can also be seen in how they manage the company. Thank you Juan and Isis from the bottom of my heart!
