Negative experience: Das Haus ist nicht sauber. Gäste beschweren sich. Das kann bei Ferienvermietern zu negativen Bewertungen führen. Kati und Isabell tun was sie können aber Herr Schmid will mitten in der Saison die zugesagte Leistung nicht mehr erbringen und uns mit den bereits bezahlen Buchungen allein lassen. Das Problem ist der Wechsel beim Reinigungspersonal. Das wäre zu lösen wenn Herr Schmid kritikfähig wäre und nicht immer alle anderen Schuld sind. Sehr schade.
