Esta maravillosa villa está situada en una finca con una parcela de 15000 m2, entre Artà y Son Servera. Un alojamiento rodeado de naturaleza y con capacidad para cuatro personas.
Construida en 2005, “Es Servà” es una finca situada en lo alto de una ladera entre Artà y Son Servera. Cuenta con tres habitaciones y tres baños. Su ubicación privilegiada ofrece unas vistas inmejorables del mar mediterráneo.
Un alojamiento idílico pensado para parejas que quieran disfrutar de unas vacaciones en un ambiente rural. En Finca Bonita podrás respirar aire puro, leer, ver el amanecer y el atardecer, y disfrutar de las vistas al maravilloso mar mediterráneo.
La finca “Can Duai” es nuestra finca más nueva y sofisticada. Una villa que aúna lo rural y lo moderno tanto en lo arquitectónico, como en la decoración. Un alojamiento espacioso, con capacidad para 10 personas y con una maravillosa piscina con efecto “skypool”, desde la que se pueden admirar unas vistas maravillosas.

Fantastic experience: Beautiful estate! Everything is well maintained
Fantastic experience: Finca Es Rafal is a very beautiful finca with a view of the sea. Since the house is located in a remote area, it is wonderfully quiet and it is possible to recover from everyday stress. Ideally, one should rent a car, as there are still beautiful places to visit. The two terraces also offer retreats for two families. The pool has a pleasant size for swimming a few laps or for the children to splash around. I highly recommend the finca.
Positive experience: Cheap materials: tiles, deco, furniture, etc, mixed with old unmatching random bits and pieces.
Positive experience: War okay, aber für den Preis erwarte ich eine Klimaanlage und keine Ameisenplage in der Küche. Aus allen unsauber verarbeiteten Fugen sind Ameisen gekommen... Die Verwaltung war ansonsten total nett und haben alle Wünsche (Babybetten und Hochstühle), wie angefordert, umgesetzt.
