Alicia was quick to answer all of my questions, provided a virtual tour, and had everything ready upon our arrival, and met us even though it was a holiday and her day off. Their whole office has been so kind and helpful, I could not ask for more from a management company. I would recommend to anyone!

Negative experience: I found this real estate agency to be very dedicated. Unfortunately, they can only be as good as their clients. If something goes wrong, that’s exactly what an agent is there for; otherwise, it’s better to do it yourself. In this case: Not only did I suffer a loss, but the office itself did as well. I am still waiting for the refund of my deposit for a failed rental contract; it was said that the refund would come in a few days. That was months ago. It has fizzled out, that is now the motto. Unfortunately, I have no choice but to give the worst rating and not base it solely on this, and to recommend to other potential clients: Don’t let yourselves be dazzled or babbled at by the agents, especially not under time pressure, but examine the landlord very carefully.

Negative experience: We are looking for a long-term rental. At this agency, we found an interesting property and now want to schedule a viewing. I come to the agency, and the German-speaking employee presents me with 4 pages in Spanish that I am supposed to sign. I only partially understand the content, as I am proficient in Spanish but do not understand everything. Then I am told to sign that, in case of success, I must pay one month's rent as a commission to the agency. Since May 2023, the tenant protection law in Spain has changed so that the commission must be paid by the owner, not the tenant. This law is not being followed at this agency. Therefore, BE CAREFUL! Do not sign such documents. It is unprofessional and violates the law. Comment on the response from Mallorca Property Centre: Unfortunately, there are falsehoods mentioned in your reply. First of all, I visited the agency as a private individual. We have rented through this agency before and were very satisfied with the service. At that time, we paid the commission. Then the laws in Mallorca changed since last May 2023. I made it very clear that I am a resident and looking for a finca to rent as my primary residence. I was also not informed that I had to pay the commission; this was only communicated to me upon direct inquiry. With this review, I do not want to harm the agency, but merely to inform other customers that when renting a property in Mallorca, the owner and principal must pay the commission. The law makes no distinction whether rented as a second or primary residence.

Negative experience: Attention! Outrageous, just because we didn't take the first house, we're not being served anymore. The question peaks whether we even have money.

Negative experience: Mi experiencia con mallorca property ha sido nefasta, después de tener problemas con los inquilinos por incumplimiento de contrato, en ningún momento han sido imparciales, todo lo contrario siempre han estado del lado del inquilino y dejando de lado al propietario, incluso cuando estos han incumplido el contrato redactado por la propia inmobiliaria han sido incapaces de velar por los intereses de la propiedad. En definitiva no la recomiendo en absoluto.
