Fantastic experience: Some time ago, I became interested in a property in the Emporda, and although the price did not fit my budget, I contacted Sandrews to keep me updated if the seller reviewed the price. They quickly called me with an interesting proposal from the seller, and we signed a reservation. Sandrews dedicated themselves to working on every detail and overcoming each obstacle that arose during the process (it was quite a 'twisted' case). The Sandrews team was available to me day and night 24/7 until we successfully closed the operation after a 'race of obstacles' lasting 3 months. Sandrews really became a representative of my interests; in addition to resolving every administrative and legal aspect of the agreement, they allowed me to worry less about the details and saved me a lot of money. Thanks to their experience and tenacity, I saved more than €25,000 in the final deal, which was quite complex. A dedicated, experienced, and very honest team. I couldn't recommend them more. Fantastic experience: It was a great pleasure working with Lilly-Marie Burghardt in successfully negotiating the complexities of purchasing our apartment in Figueres. In researching the potential pitfalls for foreigners purchasing real estate in Spain, my wife and I took into account the advice that there could be conflicts of interest in following the recommendations of a real estate agent in securing the work of outside advisors. However we correctly assessed that Lilly was trustworthy and we were fully confident in accepting her recommendations. She assisted in retaining a lawyer to help us fully understand the legal documents and contracts required to initiate and complete the transaction. When I had questions about potential structural issues with the building Lilly recommended an engineer who provided a clearly documented report on the structure. We could not be happier with the work that Lilly and the Sandrews team did for us.
